GoI - The D.D.

Euclid class rating for gifted members.
All objects obtained from The D.D. must be treated as Euclid until fully inspected.

Notes found at annex of site-██ appear to have been repressed or suppressed due to influence from within The D.D., agencies which D.D. members have infiltrated, or due to cooperation with The Foundation.
I cannot be certain because the notes, made by various agents, seem to be influenced by how these agents and members of The D.D. perceive each other.

The D.D.'s intent is unknown as of yet, but they seem focused on their own well being and protecting what is theirs… they seem only to follow a specific set of rules. these are a bit garbled, so I have attempted to arrange the notes on their rules into a coherent form.

The D.D. sets up HQ's in various legitimate businesses.

DD command undergoes a restructure 1999, one HQ may have changed, 2014 through 2016 records are not exactly up to date.

Shirt was found in the room of ████ █████ by Agent Smith after Mr. █████ called police to report their son's murder.

Victim was found face down in his room, no signs of struggle. The family reported no disturbances.

Agent Smith, undercover as local PD, was the first to notice SCP-####'s strange properties, even clutched in the victim's fist and in the blood pool, it was not stained.

After collecting the item, Agent Smith interviewed friends of ████. The victim was into the rave and metal scene, reportedly wearing SCP-#### to every event, including a party the night of his death.

Victims death was reported an overdose, Agent Smith distributed amnesiacs to responding officers and victim's family.

Further studies into SCP-#### underway, so far SCP-#### seems indestructible. It also lends this property to its wearer, as long as it is being worn. This was concluded in an impromptu test involving a new D-class being brought into Site-██.
