Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: The final, uncensored transcriptions of SCP-XXXX-1 to SCP-XXXX-4 are to be kept under file by the Site Director at Site-19.

The single uncensored transcription of SCP-XXXX-5 is stored in a maximum-security area in an undisclosed location and is under direct supervision from Level 5 personnel. Due to the highly sensitive nature of SCP-XXXX-5, any transcribed copies in the Foundation database must first be subject to O5 review and revision.

Any new discovered instances of SCP-XXXX are to be immediately transcribed on paper and copied for storage in the Foundation database, with potentially sensitive or spurious information redacted. Once the instance has been transcribed and the transcription has been stored, the instance of SCP-XXXX is to be expunged from the Foundation database.

All Foundation personnel with access to the Foundation database are to be made aware of the existence of SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is the collective designation for 5 documents (designated SCP-XXXX-1 to SCP-XXXX-5) discovered in the Foundation database on █/██/████. Each document from SCP-XXXX-1 to SCP-XXXX-3 is an archived record of an SCP item that does not currently exist under the given designation. Likewise, Foundation records have no recorded filings of any such documents under the given designations. Of note is that all SCP item designations present in instances of SCP-XXXX are identification numbers that are not yet in use.

SCP-XXXX-4 is an archived record of an acquisition report regarding SCP-XXXX-3, which likewise has no record of ever being created or existing within Foundation records.

SCP-XXXX-5 is a scanned copy of a handwritten document detailing the alleged identities of O5 Council members. Each of the names detailed in SCP-XXXX-5 corresponds to the name of an O5 Council member.

The date of the initial appearance of SCP-XXXX is currently unknown, as is the true number of SCP-XXXX instances. Personnel are advised of this when viewing any Foundation records.

Note: The following are the transcribed records of an SCP item and are not official SCP Foundation documents. All redactions made on SCP-XXXX were made by Foundation personnel, excepting SCP-XXXX-3.
