Description: SCP-XXXX is the foil wrapping of the contents of a case of Kellogg's brand Pop-Tarts sent to a supermarket in Florida in 2007. If not disposed of properly within 2 hours after the being removed, SCP-XXXX causes any man-made objects within 10 square meters to begin to rapidly deteriorate until they appear to be an object that would be commonly found within a landfill. Objects are typically changed within 30 minutes, though larger objects have been observed to take up to 2 hours. The wrapping's area of effect expands by 2 meters squared per hour.

Proper disposal of SCP-XXXX requires that the object either be placed in a container commonly used for disposal of garbage, or incinerated.
