SCP-XXXX, discovered by Recovery Team 14 in ███████, Tunisia. See Incident Report XXXX-A

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in a modified Humanoid Containment Cell, with a 5,000 L watering trough shall be installed in the southern sector of the cell, containing no less than 2,000 L of water at all times. Should water volume drop below 1,000 L, then a team of 5 Class-D Personnel escorted by a single Security Officer will be tasked with bringing no less than 80 L of water per hour from Foundation water reserves to SCP-XXXX's cell.

Should SCP-XXXX's water intake drop below 5 L per hour for a period of time longer than 48 hours, all Security Personnel in the Northern Wing of Site-██ should assume Class-B Emergency protocol, and return SCP-XXXX's water intake to normal levels. Should SCP-XXXX breach containment in this state, returning it's intake levels to normal should take priority to returning it to its cell, as SCP-XXXX's escort will be significantly easier while in it's "quenched" state.

Description: SCP-XXXX, in its "quenched" state, resembles 34 year old American National, Adrian Lisiwiecz. Lisiwiecz was last seen by a tour guide at the ██████ Trail Head in █████████ National Park, Tunisia on 1/6/04. During a census after an extreme drought in 2015, Libyan government officials contacted the foundation after finding an entire town in the south of the country deserted, occupying the town were approximately ███ dessicated human corpses, with almost twice as many corpses of livestock.
