Special Containment Procedures: A secure perimeter has been built around the house currently housing SCP-XXXX; the Perimeter is approximately 50 meter around SCP-XXXX's location, varying so it does not include civilian properties. This perimeter is under the guise of the reconstruction of the house in which SCP-XXXX is currently housed.

Foundation security is to patrol regularly around the perimeter to ensure that no civilian will enter the zone around SCP-XXXX. The walls of the specific room in which SCP-XXXX was installed were reinforced with metal scaffolding since the discovery of SCP-XXXX as the room was in severe danger of collapsing at the time of the recovery. The walls themselves were not rebuilt as this procedure may damage wiring connecting SCP-XXXX to SCP-XXXX-A. The door to the room containing SCP-XXXX must be always locked to ensure that no one can access SCP-XXXX unauthorized. Two armed guards are to guard the door and are ordered to let no one gain access to SCP-XXXX unless authorized by a level 4 clearance member.

Currently no tests are to be conducted on SCP-XXXX until further instructions.

SCP-XXXX-C is contained in a containment cell equipped with medical equipment to facilitate his sedation in Site-06-3. SCP-XXXX-C is to be kept sedated on all times. Agent █████ is to guard SCP-XXXX-C with a four men team of his choice. Information about SCP-XXXX-C is to be restricted to level 3 clearance personnel.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous antique telephone. Its main body is made out of brass but a few wood ornaments are made of lacquered wood. The handset is covered with black leather, which although shows signs of worn, is in excellent shape compared to its estimated age. The underside of SCP-XXXX has the line "To my dear friend, use this with care. G.W" scratched into the wood by some kind of blade. Further more an unknown bird sporting similarities with a crow with a branch in his claws is engraved on the front of SCP-XXXX.
SCP-2XXXs anomaly will occurs when a human (Who will be further mentioned as 'Subject') dials a number with it. If the Subject then picks the phone he will imagine having a conversation with an identity of himself which represents one or more of his emotions. Testing has shown that in reality the Subject himself mouthed the words that the identity said, and through unknown means SCP-2XXX transferred the words so that they will be heard from the phone's earpiece.

Overall examining of SCP-XXXX by foundation scientists has shown that materials composing SCP-XXXX is approximately between 70 to 85 years old. A series of electrical inputs run from SCP-XXXX to a set of engines which were be further named SCP-XXXX-A. A description of SCP-XXXX-A can be found in Addendum A.

SCP-XXXX's anomaly is revealed when any number is dialed on it, instead of calling the specified number it will connect the caller to another aspects of his personality. These aspects include personalities corresponding to various emotions of the caller, aspects of the caller in different ages, personalities representing various thoughts and ideals supported by the caller; said sides were classified as SCP-XXXX-B. SCP-XXXX-B voices are all similar to the subject's but have a metallic sound accompanied to it. SCP-XXXX-B will immediately start a conversation with the caller, the subject of which changes according to the specific aspect of SCP-XXXX-B. The only common factor between all recorded conversation is that the SCP-XXXX-B instance always tries to manipulate subject into causing direct or indirect harm to himself.
For example, a subject who had a traumatic accident which caused him to be afraid of dogs might have an aspect of themselves which represents his fear of dogs. This SCP-XXXX-B instance will then manipulate subject to have an extreme case of paranoia regarding dogs. SCP-XXXX Test 1 - Date 03/10/20██
Subject: D54891.
Procedure:Subject will have an audio recording device attached to him which will record both from SCP-XXXX's mouthpiece and earpiece. A camera will also record video of the test.
Number called: 1-456-234
Test summary:Subject dialed number on SCP-XXXX. After approximately 3 seconds Subject made contact with SCP-XXXX-B. SCP-XXXX-B and Subject began having a conversation involving the Subject's first crime, the theft of 1200 dollar's from a grocery store. After 30 minutes of conversation SCP-XXXX-B successfully convinced subject to repent for this crime.
Subject then hanged SCP-XXXX and explained to foundation staff his wish to repay a Mr.Joshua ████ 1200 dollars.
Analysis:SCP-XXXX-B has shown to have knowledge of Subject's past and thoughts. Further more SCP-XXXX-B has successfully convinced Subject to try and repent for his crime. More extensive testing will be needed. -Dr. Orna Karem

SCP-XXXX **Test 2 - Date 12/10/20██
Subject:** D984302. D984302 has a notable history of drug use.
Procedure:Subject will have an audio recording device attached to him which will record both from SCP-XXXX's mouthpiece and earpiece. A camera will also record video of the test.
Number called:1-312-622.
Test summary: Subject dialed number on SCP-XXXX, Subject then made contact with an SCP-XXXX-B instance that pictured the Subject's addiction to drugs, especially methamphetamine. At first the SCP-XXXX-B instance talked with Subject about how dull his life was without and "Crystal", SCP-XXXX-B then reminded Subject of how the drugs changed his life to a "happy, interesting experience". SCP-XXXX-B then began giving advice on how to obtain illicit substances into the Foundation site. Subject responded by saying that he was rehabilitated, and that he no longer was addicted to them. For 45 minutes SCP-XXXX-B tried to convinced Subject to go back to using drugs but Subject denied vehemently that his addiction still existed. The SCP-XXXX-B instance finished by saying "Don't lie to yourself. I know perfectly well how much of an addict you are."
Dr. Karem then ordered D984302 to hang SCP-XXXX.
Analysis: This was getting nowhere. requesting permission to execute more elaborate tests than this. -Dr. Orna Karem
Notes: 7 days after Test B, D984302 stole 30 ml liquid morphine from Doctor ████. D984302 was discovered by security personnel from an overdose of morphine.

SCP-XXXX **Test 3 - Date 25/10/20██
Subject:** D45872. D45872 is a rehabilitated alcoholic who was shown to have exceptionally strong willpower.
Procedure:Subject will have an audio recording device attached to him which will record both from SCP-XXXX's mouthpiece and earpiece. A camera will also record video of the test.
D45872 has been instructed by Dr. Orna Karem to disagree with whatever SCP-XXXX-B will try to convince him.
Number called:1-312-622
Test summary:D45872 dialed number on SCP-XXXX. The SCP-XXXX-B instance began speaking at first of D45872's dead wife [DATA EXPUNGED]. D45872 remained silent. SCP-XXXX-B then proceeded to explain thoroughly that since D45872 has no reason to live he should "die with a bottle on your hand". SCP-XXXX-B tried to convince D45872 to start up drinking again for 56 minutes. D45872 then answered saying that he intends on living, and has no intention to go drinking again. SCP-XXXX-B then declared "Well then you convinced me, I… I mean you don't wan't to drink."
SCP-XXXX-B then stopped talking. Dr. Orna Karem then ordered D45872 to hang SCP-XXXX.
Analysis: I'm thinking that maybe the object is making the Subject face the aspect of themselves which they deny the most. D45872 has apparently resisted to SCP-XXXX-B's suggestions, could it be that SCP-XXXX-B has actually failed to change the subjects behavior? -Dr. Orna Karem
Notes: D45872 has reported that he feels no urge to consume any alcohol. Furthermore D45872 has reported that the taste of Alcohol now reminds him now of soy milk to which he is allergic.
D45872 also has had an increase of Alpha brainwave activity consistent with that of a meditator with 5 years of experience.

Subject:** D32475.

Procedure:Subject will have an audio recording device attached to him which will record both from SCP-XXXX's mouthpiece and earpiece. A camera will also record video of the test.

Number called: 0-563-901.
Test summary: Subject dialed number on SCP-XXXX. Subject then began speaking with SCP-XXXX-B. at this test SCP-XXXX-B focused on subjects which caused irritation and anger to Subject. Noticeable subjects include: Subject's divorce with his former wife, Subjects failing at college and Subjects's current condition as a D-class.
//After the first 25 minutes of the test, Dr. Orna Karem ordered for test to stop as subject was getting agitated. Subject at first complied, but after hanging up SCP-XXXX Subject began calling Dr. Orna Karem obscenities. Security personnel then attempted to apprehend D32475, during the struggle D32475 injured his head which caused minor trauma. D32475 was later relocated to research on SCP-████. //

• 1. SCP-XXXX-A-1 : A generator which generates an output of 300 volt. It is unknown how SCP-XXXX-A-1 produces this voltage.
• 2. SCP-XXXX-A-2 : SCP-XXXX-A-2 is an electrical machine reminiscent of the Data General Nova minicomputer, although it is estimated to have been built more than 30 years before the first Data General Nova was created. There are no markings of any kind on SCP-XXXX-A-2 and no external ports of any kind.
• 3. SCP-XXXX-A-3: A steel cubic box 30*30*30 centimeters. The box generates 1 MBq of radiation per second. The content of the box is unknown, as no attempt was successful at opening it.

Recovery log of SCP-XXXX: SCP-XXXX was discovered in 12/09/20██, after Derek ██████ a construction worker who was part of a crew tasked of rebuilding the house containing SCP-XXXX began to display erratic behavior. In four days Mr.██████ robbed a bank, donated all the stolen money to charity, killed a man for passing him in a line and also bought a 34,000 dollar ring to his ex-wife. Mr.██████ was later apprehended by the police, and a foundation agent embedded in the regional police force brought the case to the Foundation's attention who in turn discovered and contained SCP-XXXX.

A Medieval Injustice

Special Containment Procedures: Foundation personnel have seized the zone in which SCP-2XXX occurrences have happened; this zone has been classified Area-213.
A team of 20-30 security guards are to be kept in Area-213 armed with both lethal and non-lethal weapons. A monitoring team¹ are also to be deployed in Area-213. Furthermore, a Foundation member able to speak both 14th century French and medieval Latin is to be assigned to Area-213; This Foundation member will further be named 'Translator'.
Monitoring team are to observe temperature in Area-213 using equipment chosen by lead researcher. If a heat spike² is noticed monitoring team should alert all foundation personnel in Area-213 and prepare for an 2XXX-N3J event.
Should an 2XXX-N3J event be anticipated the following steps must be executed.

• All personnel in SCP-2XXXs range must be evacuated outside of the specified zone.
• Civilians must be evacuated out of a 20 meter range of the anomaly as to diminish the risk of civilian casualties. Current protocol is to use Protocol-CivEVAC³ to successfully evacuate civilians.
• Foundation security forces must be prepared to capture any SCP-2XXX specimen which appears after the event.
• After the cease of the heat spike security personnel are to storm in SCP-2XXXs zone and capture any specimens found using non lethal force. If any specimen try to harm personnel, security forces are permitted to use lethal force if deemed necessary by the security teams captain.
• Specimens are to be contained in initial containment cells at Area-213 and are to be interrogated by Translator. After initial containment specimens are to be transferred to Site-06-3.

Should any unusual accidents be noticed level 4 security clearance member Dr. Von-Stroheim is to be immediately informed of the incident.

Description: SCP-2XXX is an area located in the ██th Arrondissements in Paris. This area covers a space of 25 meters over which Area-213 has been built. SCP-2XXX is the center of a space time anomaly designed as SCP-2XXX-1; SCP-2XXX is usually non active and cannot be seen by regular means, but research has shown that if SCP-2XXXs zone is lighted with both infrared and ultraviolet lamps a circular 'hole' appears, which when seen by south and north sides show a bright red light. While this 'hole' appears to exist in the middle of the area, there has been no success in either entering it or sending anything through it.
SCP-2XXX-1 is usually non active but it is documented to become in an active state during the month of December; sometime during the active state an SCP-2XXX incident will happen.
SCP-2XXX has _ different stages.

1. First Stage- A sudden heat spike of between 50-70 Celsius will be noted in the 25 meters surrounding the anomaly.

1. Second Stage- The heat spike will continue to grow until its culmination at approximately 70 C°. Recording will then show SCP-XXXX-1 to suddenly glow with a bright light; SCP-XXXX-1 will then send an electromagnetic pulse which will render all electrical equipment useless in a 25 meter radius (Including all recording equipment, research is being done on trying to find equipment which will be able to survive the pulse). Surveillance equipment outside of this area will show a opaque white cloud impenetrable by all means of surveillance.

1. Third Stage- The cloud will evaporate approximately 1-3 minutes after the second stage, during that time it is interdicted to all personnel to enter SCP-XXXX-1's area. After the dissipation of the cloud a group of individuals/animals/any organic materials will appear in the 25 meter area around SCP-2XXX-1. These specimens were classified as SCP-2XXX-2. All SCP-2XXX-2 have been noted to come from from the same time; late 14th to early 15th century.
