Description: SCP-XXXX is a rectangular form measuring 110mm x 220mm. The document is a copy of an application form historically completed by agricultural workers in order to obtain the rights to a particular Horse brand.

When not in contact with a human individual, SCP-XXXX stays within its passive state. When passive, the document generates a new set of inscriptions on average, every 0.233 seconds.
The inscriptions are somewhat consistent with the form's intended usage, with large deviations occurring to the left of the "Description of Brand Desired" form. The inscriptions on the page contain ink consistent with forms filled out between 1906 and 1974, and the handwriting on the form notably changes styles between each generation of inscriptions. The handwriting has yet to be identified to any individual.

Through photographic studies of the inscriptions, it has been determined that the forms on the left side of the document display the intended name, and current location of the most recently-born human child on earth. The location and name appear to be generated the moment the child is no longer in body contact with their mother. The umbilical cord does not appear to count as body-to-body contact, as the name inscription occurs the moment a child leaves the womb, regardless if the cord is detached after birth. A possible psychic field may exist around the entity, which allows it to predict the name of an individual

Within the section formally used to indicate the position on the animal's hide the brand is to be used; a description matching the medical terminology for a section of human skin is generated.
