Description: SCP-XXXX is standard wallet sized photograph, measuring 63.5 millimeters by 76.2 millimeters, of a woman printed upon semi-gloss paper. SCP-XXXX shows signs of having suffered minor damage including small tears, stress creases and water damage. Hand printed on the reverse of the photograph in blue pen are the words 'To Ian Love, Jenny XXOO' in block letters. The clothing and hair style of the woman depicted in the photograph as well as the photographic card stock used suggests SCP-XXXX dates from between the years 1979-1987.

SCP-XXXX's primary anomalous property are triggered upon direct physical contact with an individual. Symptoms manifest as schizophrenic-like hallucinations pertaining to the woman depicted in SCP-XXXX. Delusions include false memories of meeting the woman depicted in SCP-XXXX as she attends graduate school, infidelity with the woman on the part of the affected individual, the woman threatening to expose the affair, and the belief of having recently murdered the woman. Visual hallucinations of the woman's dead body are common in many affected individuals. Onset of symptoms occurs between 8 seconds and forty nine 49 hours from time of exposure, with no discernible pattern.

Affected individuals commonly experience intermittent cluster headaches and seizures of variable severity during the next decades of their life.

Amnestics do not appear to have any influence on the effects of SCP-XXXX. Affected individuals have responded to ongoing anti-psychotic medication and therapy treatments with varying degrees of success.

Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are non corporeal manifestations of the woman depicted in SCP-XXXX, albeit with different clothing and shorter hair. Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 manifest within 5 meters of SCP-XXXX. All instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are completely silent and have shown no interaction with their surroundings. Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 appear once every 2 to 29 days and last approximately 30 to 40 seconds before fading from view. Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 appear taking one of four possible actions upon manifestation; (a) speaking to someone, (b) being struck in the face by an unseen force and collapsing to the ground, (c) laying bleeding, face down, on the ground, or (d) sitting on its knees and clutching its head while screaming before folding in on itself dozens of times. The first manifestation of SCP-XXXX-2 was documented on 12/23/1990.

SCP-XXXX was recovered in 1957, 10 kilometers West of ███ ███████, Manitoba, Canada from the farm of a recently deceased married couple, █████ and █████ ████████.1 The Foundation became aware of SCP-XXXX when a Foundation asset within the RCMP reported a string of individuals believing themselves of having killed the same woman. The asset had been under the impression a Foundation investigation was already in progress as there were reports of individuals making inquiries in town of the events.
