Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: Must be kept in a room with glass walls, and must not be exposed to any type of antivirus, vaccine, or other types of medicine. SCP-3981 should not be touched at all costs.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a large oblong mass of an unidentified substance, with viscosity similar to molasses. It is very passive during the daytime, as it (For an unknown reason) needs to photosynthesize, and will even come up and examine you. It should be noted that no personnel under any circumstances should ever touch SCP-XXXX without a hazmat suit on, even if it is passive. SCP-XXXX must not be disturbed during the night, or exposed to any type of medicine. If this happens, SCP-XXXX will become very aggressive and start to ████ whoever caused it harm. (They will be further called SCP-XXXX-B) SCP-XXXX-B will then start to rapidly convulse, and vomit, along with coughing, sneezing, hiccuping, and excreting waste, until they are deprived of either air or become dehydrated. This is caused by an unknown form of super-bacteria that is easily transferable through touch. If SCP-3981-B escapes the containment cell, they must be terminated.

SCP-XXXX was found at ████ in northern Siberia. Recent global temperature changes have caused ice caps to melt, which is suspected to be the reason that SCP-XXXX was wandering in a wasteland. It is thought to be made up of billions of viruses, some thousands of years old, although no extensive tests have been done. Seven cases of SCP-3981-B have been witnessed by foundation employees, and only [DATA EXPUNGED] broke containment. SCP-XXXX seems to also be adapting to its surrounding, taking on a darker color, thanks to the lower light levels around ████. Any changes in usual behavior must be reported to level 4 personnel immediately.

SCP-XXXX has been known to communicate with other SCPs. We are very worried about it communicating with Euclid classes, and especially Keter classes. It seems to communicate through electromagnetic waves, which can be understood by certain SCPs.

Note: Having the lights on does not seem to have any affects on SCP-XXXX aggressive behavior, and it is inferred that it requires natural sunlight and nothing artificial. Moonlight also does not seem to sustain it, and it is wondered if it's behavior is slightly nocturnal.
