Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained within a bare standard humanoid containment cell. It is to be restrained, from the neck down, to the northern wall of it's cell. SCP is to remain restrained at all times it is not being used in experimentation or other similar tasks. If, for any reason, SCP-XXXX is unrestrained no Foundation personal (excluding D-Class of course) may be allowed into it's cell. Observation cameras are placed around cell for experiment observing. Entry into its cell at any other time requires at least Level 2 clearance or approval by Lead Researcher Dr. ██████ Smith. 2 armed guards are to be posted outside of SCP-XXXX's Cell at all times. SCP does not require nourishment, sleep, waste removal, or other standard human needs.

Description: SCP-XXXX is seemingly a late teenaged male of below average height and weight. It does not seem to age. Its eyes are a smokey white, and lacking any pupil or iris.SCP-XXXX judges whether or not a sentient being belongs in this universe. The process in which this is judged is unknown. However, physical or mental traits seem to be a factor. For example, in one experiment (see Experiment Log) a compulsive liar was deemed to be in the "wrong" universe. If SCP-XXXX decides that the sentient being does not belong in this universe it will instantly transport said being, by physical touch, presumably to universe that it judged being to belong in. It is unknown exactly how it does this. The SCP cannot, however, judge more than one being at one time. Using 2 security personnel to contain and restrain SCP-XXXX has proven to be effective. It has been observed that SCP-XXXX's eyes turn solid black while in the process of attempting to transport or transporting beings. The reason for this is currently unknown.

Addendum XXXX-00
On [REDACTED] an anomalous sentient insect, that had yet to be catalogued, broke temporary containment and found its way into SCP-XXXX's cell, through the ventilation shafts, during an experiment. SCP-XXXX proceeded to judge that the insect and decided that the anomalous insect "was far too powerful for this universe" and that "[DATA EXPUNGED] would be far too devastating" then proceeded to transport the anomaly else where. SCPs are to be kept away from SCP-XXXX's containment cell.

Addendum XXXX-01

The following is an interview conducted with SCP-XXXX by Lead Researcher Dr. Smith.
