Perhaps an SCP that consists of a sentient being and another object that allows it to teleport (Need a better term) to another identical object not yet discovered. Would require that the two parts remain separate in containment. Euclid?
An SCP based off of the lamp in the anomalous objects tab? I feel like it's been done before.

Object Class: Safe.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is stored at Sector-19 in an isolated containment chamber. 5 kilograms of pig meat are to be placed in the containment chamber on a weekly basis. All research is to be conducted indirectly through the use of Class-D personnel. Immediately following tests, subjects are to be restrained and dosed with class-A amnesiacs. Researchers are to observe video of SCP-xxxx through recordings made at a minimum of 4 hours prior to viewing.
Description: SCP-xxxx is a wooden effigy of a human in an advanced and accelerated state of decomposition. No one has been attributed to the creation of the effigy. SCP-xxxx shows patterns of decay analogous human corpse, although significantly accelerated. If not addressed, SCP-xxxx will reduce to a skeleton within 2 weeks.
SCP-xxxx is capable of using necrotic mass to repair itself. It is inanimate unless provided with necrotic mass, upon which SCP-xxxx will attempt to “feed” by incorporating the mass into its body, reversing its decomposition.
When exposed to a live human subject, SCP-xxxx will remain inactive between 5 and 30 minutes from initial exposure. The speed at which SCP-xxxx takes effect seems to correlate with the degree of exposure subject has with SCP-xxxx. The initial effects of SCP-xxxx are varying degrees of discomfort and anxiety. Prolonged exposure leads to the appearence of SCP-xxxx-1. The effects are noticed during all forms of live observation, including video feed.
SCP-xxxx-1 can only be viewed by subjects under the influence of SCP-xxxx. After testing, subjects reveal that SCP-xxxx-1 is the apparition of a middle-aged male figure, assumed to be the model for the effigy. SCP-xxxx-1 will reproach the subject, causing them significant levels of agitation. All subjects report that the apparition attempts to anger them through the exaggeration of past events, causing subjects to witness these altered events, typically made out to be aggravating, traumatic, or dismaying in nature.
SCP-xxxx-1 will continue this as the subject becomes more agitated. The degree or agitation varies with the subject’s level of tolerance. The taunting becomes difficult to withstand, and subjects feel the desire to attack SCP-xxxx-1. They will stop responding to any directives from Foundation personnel, except to express their frustration towards SCP-xxxx-1.
Subjects removed from testing area after this point report that SCP-xxxx-1 tells them that it will cease to exist if subjects destroy the effigy. If the subject resists, SCP-xxxx-1 will continue to anger the subject until the desire to escape its influence becomes overpowering.
Subjects will then attempt to destroy SCP-xxxx. Upon contact with the effigy, SCP-xxxx-1 will convince subjects that the only way to destroy the effigy is to “feed” it. If the subject has been agitated to a certain point, they will comply with the request of SCP-xxxx-1 and attempt to remove flesh from their body, citing a desire to end the torment. If successful, they will proceed to “feed” SCP-xxxx with the removed tissue. Following the incorporation of the tissue into SCP-xxxx, the apparition will temporarily cease to agitate the subject.
The apparition will continue to periodically agitate the subject, citing that the subject did not give SCP-xxxx enough. Subject will seek out other individuals to “feed” SCP-xxxx with. Anyone that comes in contact with a subject affected by SCP-xxxx-1 will also become affected.
The only way to remove the effects of SCP-xxxx without causing significant harms is to issue heavy amnesiacs to an affected subject. This will effectively wipe SCP-xxxx-1 from the subject's mind.

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-xxxx is contained in an area surrounded by 2 rows of electrified fence no less than 5 meters tall. The space between the two fences must constantly be flooded with lights measuring at least 3000 candela. Armed guards must constantly patrol the perimeter. Civilians are not allowed within 2 kilometers of the perimeter. Any unauthorized personnel that breach the perimeter are to be issued amnesiacs. At least 3 security personnel must accompany research teams by helicopter into the containment area. No contact with any instance of SCP-xxxx is allowed at any times. If an instance of SCP-xxxx attempts to escape the containment area, use of lethal force is strictly prohibited, barring the case of a full containment breach.
Description
SCP-xxxx is a herd of quadrupedal creatures estimated to be at least 3 meters in height. Individual members of the heard are referred to as SCP-xxxx-A. SCP-xxxx-A are found in groups of no less than three. At this time the size of the herd is estimated to be around 25 individuals. SCP-xxxx was discovered in the █████ ██████, Germany.
SCP-xxxx appears to show a strong aversion to light. It has never been observed in levels above 1 lumen. SCP-xxxx can only be viewed through infrared vision devices. Thermal imaging reveals that any instance of SCP-xxxx-A has no heat signature outside of their eyes, which register between 73-79 degrees centigrade, and glow white. The rest of SCP-xxxx-A appears to be completely black, although no solid research has been conducted to determine if this is an illusion or actuality.
No pattern of feeding, resting, reproduction, or death have been observed in SCP-xxxx. The herd is always in motion, except in the event of [DATA EXPUNGED]. Each instance of SCP-xxxx-A appears to move in perfect synchronization with each other, with locomotion similar to that of a large primate.
SCP-xxxx takes notice of any subject that comes into view, and each member focuses their vision on the subject, but will not cease any activity that it was performing prior to the arrival of a subject. SCP-xxxx will continue to watch a subject until the subject leaves the line of sight. If subject gets within 30 meters of SCP-xxxx, the glow of their eyes will cease, and they will become nearly impossible to detect by the human eye. Infrared vision equipment reveals that SCP-xxxx will not move at this time. If subject gets within 5 meters of an instance of SCP-xxxx-A, the herd will attack and kill the subject through blunt force. After the subject has been killed, the herd will proceed to [DATA EXPUNGED]
