SCP-XXXX
Both instances of SCP-XXXX. Taken while sharing a joined cell.

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Item Class: Safe Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-M and SCP-XXXX-F are to be kept in separate containment cells. Both entities are to be held in standard human containment cells on Site-17.

(See Addendum-XXXX-2)

SCP-XXXX-F: No humans are allowed to make physical contact with the female entity. Biohazard suits are recommended when entering its containment cell; care must be taken in order to eliminate the possibility of contaminating anything that enters the cell with human DNA. All further direct testing on SCP-XXXX-F has been deemed unethical unless the entity has given informed consent, which must be clearly documented. This does not apply to experiments involving non-invasively removed cells.

SCP-XXXX-M: No human females are allowed to make physical contact with the male entity. Humans (especially females) entering the containment cell are recommended to wear biohazard suits. Anything removed from the room is to be treated as if infected with a bacterial contagion, and is to be decontaminated appropriately.

Description: SCP-XXXX are fraternal twin siblings of opposite sex. They were born in ██/██/199█ and raised in █████, Oregon. No anomalous activity is noted until SCP-XXXX-F (the female) reached adolescence. Roughly three months into her 7th grade year (age 13) she began to experience early signs and symptoms of pregnancy, despite claiming to have been abstinent. Upon examination by physician, pregnancy was confirmed. Her parents then forced her to have an abortion. After only two months, it was again confirmed that she was pregnant, an abortion followed. It was after two more abortions that her parents home schooled her and disallowed her from leaving the house. After another confirmed pregnancy and an abortion, her parents placed heavy security protocols on the house which included cameras capable of observing anyone entering or leaving the house. One month after this, another confirmed pregnancy had occurred; the cameras failed to observe anyone other than family leave or enter the home.

Following this abortion, the fetus was kept for testing. DNA revealed that the fetus appeared to be a family member no more than one degree of relatedness away. Thorough genetic testing of both her father and brother confirmed that neither of them had fathered the fetus. The SCP Foundation was notified after word of situation began to spread. The Foundation’s scientists were then deployed to investigate. Through genetic testing Foundation personnel identified the SCP-XXXX-F’s mother as the genetic “father” of the fetus. The family of four was then detained in order to investigate the situation further.

The family members were kept separate while being detained, in which time SCP-XXXX-F became impregnated with a fetus confirmed to be the offspring of Dr. Grove, whom was overseeing the research on the matter. Dr. Grove hypothesized that physical touch was causing the pregnancies, and ordered that no physical contact be made with SCP-XXXX-F. After a successful menstruation, a class-D female was ordered to make skin contact with SCP-XXXX-F. All other body parts of the class-D subject were fully concealed, yet the impregnation was successful. The other family members were given amnesia inducing drugs and released, whereas they failed to exhibit anomalous activity, but were kept on watch by the Foundation.

Subsequent tests revealed that SCP-XXXX-F must have an oocyte present in her oviduct in order for a successful pregnancy to occur. Implanted oocytes can be fertilized by the same mechanism. Chemical contraceptives successfully prevent pregnancy, but make the subject dangerously ill. Tubal ligation was attempted, but reversed after SCP-XXXX-F experienced a two ectopic pregnancies in a row. Under Dr. Grove’s early containment procedures, SCP-XXXX-F went six months without a pregnancy, normal menstruation occurred in this time. The pregnancy that occurred was fathered by a kitchen chef who had been preparing her meals. It is speculated that his live cells were transferred through the food or their containers to SCP-XXXX-F.

SCP-XXXX-M (the male) came under investigation of the Foundation again after his mother and several females at his school, including two teachers reported impregnation during his 8th grade year (age 14). Amniocenteses and aborted fetus tissues reveal that her brother was the genetic father. Tests with female class-D personnel have revealed that SCP-XXXX-M is capable of impregnating females through direct touch, or indirectly by fomite. Like SCP-XXXX-F, these females must have a valid oocyte in one of their oviducts. Three female personnel have been unintentionally impregnated by SCP-XXXX-M prior to current containment protocols.

SCP-XXXX-0
SCP-XXXX-0

Addendum XXXX-1: It has been discovered that the skin of both subjects are covered in microscopic worm-like organisms. Their DNA is confirmed to be that of their host, implying that they are likely a natural part of SCP-XXXX’s biology. They have been dubbed SCP-XXXX-0. The male variant of these organisms are shown to contain what appear to be sperm cells. Upon contacting the skin of a foreign host, they are observed to burrow into the skin, where are suspected to work their way to the reproductive tract and fertilize any valid oocytes present.

The female variant of SCP-XXXX-0 is observed to absorb foreign human cells and induce the cells into performing meiosis, causing them to become sperm cells. They then burrow under SCP-XXXX-F’s skin and are suspected to fertilize the oocytes by the same mechanism as the male variant.

Addendum XXXX-2: Tests have discovered that SCP-XXXX-0 is unable to induce meiosis in red blood cells (due to their lack of nuclei), and unable to induce meiosis in cells from SCP-XXXX-M. Reasons for the latter are unknown, but the siblings are now to be contained in the same cell upon request of both instances of SCP-XXXX. (See Addendum-XXXX-3)

Addendum XXXX-3: The siblings are to be separated once again until further notice as a result of incident XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX is now classified as Euclid as a result of this. See the Incident Report for further information.
