Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be locked inside a standard file cabinet. Personnel with Level 4 Security Clearance and above are allowed to access the file. Personnel with Level 2 and Level 3 are allowed to access the file, but they must be under the supervision of a Level 4 or anybody higher. At no time should any food or drink be around SCP-XXXX, and all personnel viewing or handling the object must be wearing gloves to prevent smudging or damage of any kind to be done to the object.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a report of several Euclid and Keter-level SCPs. The paper itself, upon analysis, appears to be made out of the same material as an ordinary piece of paper. The ink also appears to be normal. However, despite this, the report possesses the ability to change what SCP is recorded on it. A majority of the reports seem to have several spelling and grammatical errors as if they were written by children. None of the research staff has ever come forward to claim that they wrote any of the reports. None of the SCPs have ever come to the attention of the Foundation, and no evidence can be found of their existence.
The object came to the Foundation’s attention when it was found at Site-[REDACTED], alongside the report for SCP-372. The researcher, who found it, Dr. Richards, immediately reported it to a Level 5 scientist. Both attempted to find out where SCP-XXXX was being held. Nobody could find it, and the being on the report didn’t seem to match any of the SCPs currently being help under the Foundation’s possession. It was confiscated by another Level 5 researcher, who was told to find out who wrote it. A week later, the Level 5 reported that it had changed. The report detailed a cotton pillow that inhabited a lot of bugs, and that made anybody who came into contact with it fall asleep immediately. Both reports were documented and the object was given SCP classification two weeks later. Any attempts to photocopy the report have resulted in the other report not having any abnormal properties.
Addendum #1: As of ██/██/20██, SCP-XXXX has recorded the descriptions of eight different SCPs. The dates are all within a fairly close range to each other. The SCPs consist of the following:
1. A book that when written about, reverses the words to the opposite of what they’re supposed to be. For example, if somebody were to write ‘I read the book’, it would say ‘I did not read the book’.
2. An icebox that can seemingly preserve anything, and if a rotten item is placed inside of it, it will return to its normal state. However, it can also cryogenically freeze anything that stays inside of it for over half an hour.
3. A humanoid creature that seems to be somewhat similar to an angler fish, due to it having a light on its head similar to that of an angler fish. Said light never seems to go out. It can seemingly eat and digest light sources. On its arms, it has two (2) sharp, fragile bone-like objects. The jaws seem to be connected to snake jaws.
4. An old, cotton pillow that seems to house an unknown amount of bugs. Attempts to damage the pillow, or see the interior have proven impossible. If a person’s head is placed on the pillow, that person will immediately fall asleep, and the bugs will travel inside of them. The person’s sleep is not disturbed. If another pillow is placed beside the original, that pillow will soon become populated with bugs.
5. The Wardrobe from ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’. If any of the research staff is found to have written this as a joke, disciplinary actions will follow. It is unable to be moved if placed on a metal floor, and it seems to have the ability to encase people in ice. Not much is known about this particular SCP, as the writing is nearly impossible to read, due to it being filled with spelling errors.
6. Unknown due to the paper being smudged during a photocopying error. From what is readable, it seems to be an area where people enter a trance of some kind. Research staff has considered running it through SCP-914 to see if that will fix the smudging.
7. A small group of toys that fly into a violent rage upon seeing a weapon. They can supposedly create another toy, should they desire, from unknown origins. Not much else is reported about the toys.
8. A bell-like structure that was from Nazis. Supposedly, it’s a time machine. Blood was found inside of the machine, which was 100 years old. Testing was performed by a ‘Dr. Richter’, but no personnel have been found with that name.
