Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: At the current time, no form of containment is possible for SCP-XXXX. Foundation satellites responsible for monitoring SCP-XXXX's movement, CR-0881 and CR-0882, are to be only operated from Site-88's aerospace observation complex by trained personnel with Level IV or higher clearance. CR-0881 and CR-0882 are to be reviewed by stationed personnel every two days to ensure maintenance and functionality of jet propulsion systems, homing beacon, and surveillance equipment. If any of the aforementioned equipment aboard CR satellites are deemed damaged or malfunctioning, personnel are to activate an on-board self-repair diagnostic and await further instruction by the administrator.

In the event CR-0881 or CR-0882 are deemed completely inoperable, auxiliary units (identical in structure to the CR satellites) are on standby to be released in said event in order to substitute for defunct unit. Estimated deployment time is dependent on the current position of SCP-XXXX. All notable deviations are to be recorded and filed to high command upon observation; containment procedures may be revised during said time period.

In the event any stationed personnel are deemed unfit, absent, or unavailable for the observation of SCP-XXXX, potential candidates of other Foundation aerospace divisions may be considered, although military and civilian candidates are not excluded.

Description: SCP-XXXX are the remains of an unidentified American astronaut that currently resides within the outlying fringes of the Triangulum Galaxy. SCP-XXXX appears to be clad within an experimental AX-5 hard-shell space suit that was developed by NASA in 1988. While it is determined that the individual within the suit resembles that of a male, the observed level of decomposition makes it impossible to fully determine via physical identification. How SCP-XXXX managed to locate itself within such a radically disproportionate distance from its originating location on Earth is currently under investigation by researchers (see addendum).

SCP-XXXX is capable of altering orbital rotations of nearby planetary bodies within a range of approximately 1.88 x 10^5 light years. This alteration causes said planetary bodies to gradually deviate from their standard rotation from the center of the Triangulum Galaxy and in the direction of SCP-XXXX; however, the strength of said attraction typically falters in a cyclical period of three months before recovering. While the effects of SCP-XXXX on certain planetary bodies is virtually indiscernible upon initial observation, cumulative analysis on affected planetary rotations have indicated an increased rate of interplanetary collisions that have resulted in the partial/total destruction of three planetary bodies.

The method of SCP-XXXX's ability to cause such radical alterations is, in its entirety, currently undetermined; however, on ██/██/19██, Foundation satellite CR-0882 highlighted a localized concentration of mass centered around SCP-XXXX.
