Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe Thaumiel

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be contained in a concrete cell no electronic equipment is permitted inside the containment chamber outside of testing. At least one security guard is to be stationed outside the containment chamber. SCP-XXXX-1 must not be put into any danger and must be evacuated if a containment breach happens. SCP-XXXX-2 to SCP-XXXX-11 must be contained in a 10x10x10 cm glass box outside of testing and prevention of containment breaches. SCP-XXXX-12 is to be attached to its designated radio tower except for containment breaches.

Due to the properties of SCP-XXXX, personnel is required to handle SCP-XXXX with non-living materials except for testing purposes. Failure to follow this instruction will result in two different scenarios depending on the result of touching SCP-XXXX. When SCP-XXXX is in "Sleep mode" do not touch it, doing so will risk killing it.

Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a combination of 7 white cubes that are measured about 8x8x8 cm each and one cube has a single red dot that is its eye. SCP-XXXX-2 and onward are single cubes, each with a single blue dot. Shadows it casts and shadow cast upon it are pure black, giving the illusion of SCP-XXXX looking like it belongs in a drawing.

SCP-XXXX works as a hive mind and it will destroy anything that appears threatens Humanity, including other Humans. SCP-XXXX-1 was originally found in the year 1973 trapped inside a car close to the Colorado/New Mexico border. The owner of the vehicle and its passengers identified as members of DATA EXPUNGED

SCP-XXXX slowly floats around the air as if it is in a zero-gravity environment. Although SCP-XXXX is slow. it can change direction in an instant. In most cases, it shows no signs of hostility unless it is protecting someone or if a code minus happens. When SCP-XXXX is hostile, its speed will increase and it will attempt to fly into its target. when SCP-XXXX manages to wound its target, it secretes a bacteria which upon touch will make its victim feel as if they were being electrocuted. The feeling will continue to increase until the victim is killed from the intense pain. Its hostile mode will ends within the hour, SCP-XXXX will then proceed to its sleep mode.

The material SCP-XXXX is made out of is highly resistant. SCP-XXXX can survive temperatures up to 300°K and as low as -90°C. However, when SCP-XXXX is in sleep mode, its material becomes brittle and unstable, making it very easy to destroy.

SCP-XXXX communicates by attaching to electronics with speakers and it shifts through sound and video files to create sentences. The electronic SCP-XXXX attaches to will become unusable after detachment, even for SCP-XXXX. When SCP-XXXX is not attached to an electronic it is unable to communicate. SCP-XXXX can also attach to radio towers and be used to intercept even the most secure radio signals, which the foundation has used during the end of the cold war. According to SCP-XXXX-1, there are currently 30 SCP-XXXX, 13 are currently contained in the SCP facility the other 17 are currently orbiting the earth. SCP-XXXX-1 also states that it needs 270 more code plus subjects to complete its army, and 500 code plus subjects is the maximum it can handle.

Upon touching living tissue two scenarios can happen:
CODE PLUS: Applies if subject is left with a plus-shaped hole. Subject is required to touch an electronic, subject will then be absorbed into the electronic. Two minutes after, the electronic will transform into another SCP-XXXX.
CODE MINUS: Applies if subject is left with a minus shaped hole. Subject will then be identified as an SCP-XXXX-B. Subject turned SCP-XXXX-B must be terminated either by personnel or by SCP-XXXX. If they are not SCP-XXXX-B will go on a bloodthirsty rampage and become completely uncooperative.
