Description: SCP-[insert next available number] is a pair of dull, antique, rust covered shears with no engravings on either of the blades. The shears have yet to be tested enough times in a secured environment and will remain in the Euclid Object Class until all effects are discovered. Although they appear immensely dull, they give the bearer inhuman hair styling and cutting abilities. When used on Dr. █████, 100% of surveyed Site Staff had said Dr. █████'s hair was much more appealing to look at, even when 67% of said Staff previously reported to be "indifferent" on hair style and appearance.

Discovery: SCP-[insert next available number] was discovered in the hands of a small hair salon, named ██████████████, located in ███████████, ██, USA. The SCP Foundation received reports of suspicion of an anomalous object being extorted after a sudden boom in business and positive local news coverage, when the salon was previously infamous for it's poor costumer service and severely under qualified staff.

Addendum [insert next available SCP number]-1: After coming to the conclusion that SCP-[insert next available number] is not dangerous to any form of life, the 05 Council reached consensus on the continued containment of SCP-[insert next available number] to prevent any further extortion of this anomalous object.
