Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard artifact containment safe. SCP-XXXX is not to be opened without permission of at least two level 4 personnel.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a wooden chest, approximately 1 meter in length, made of mahogany wood. SCP-XXXX is covered in ornate carvings depicting architecture of the 1800's. SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties are activated once the chest is opened. Immediately after SCP-XXXX is opened, a humanoid entity will emerge from SCP-XXXX. This entity and any further entities that emerge from SCP-XXXX are known as SCP-XXXX-1. The appearance of SCP-XXXX-1 instances differ, but the majority are of Caucasian origin, with brown hair and eyes.
After the emergence of the first instance of SCP-XXXX-1, more instances will emerge, observed in intervals anywhere between 20 minutes to 20 days. SCP-XXXX-1 instances will often emerge from SCP-XXXX carrying tools.1 SCP-XXXX-1 are identical to normal humans, with two notable exceptions. SCP-XXXX-1 that emerge from SCP-XXXX have no navels, and seem to have an abnormal compulsion and prowess to make structures and establish settlements. After emerging from SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-1 will seek out other instances, and assist in tasks with other SCP-XXXX-1 instances.
SCP-XXXX-1 will work together to create houses, shops, farms, and any other structure they need to create and maintain a self sustaining colony. After a colony has been established, SCP-XXXX-1 instances will protect SCP-XXXX at all costs. After SCP-XXXX is closed, all SCP-XXXX-1 instances, living or dead, will disintegrate in to a fine, carbon based dust.
