Item #: SCP-#
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: An altar to the God of the Roman Catholic faith is built inside a standard cell. Enclosure leading to the Item is constructed from reinforced concrete.
The subject is allowed the following items in its cell:
- A sleeping rug
- A copy of the Holy Bible (request by subject to have access to its personal copy is denied.)
- Paper and stationery
- Religious paraphernalia (Catholic rosary, images of Catholic figures such as Jesus Christ and saints, a crucifix)
SCP-# requires a personnel visit once a day to accompany it in prayer. Ordained priests of its apparent faith are prohibited. Unleavened bread and grapes must be supplied daily in lieu of the standard meal plan.
Description: SCP-# is a large, malformed, obese humanoid male 3 m in height and 250 kg in weight. Cancerous growths appear on SCP-#'s upper cranium, upper ribcage, and lower back, all having collapsed into its body. The tumors extend up to 20 cm from the original growth, creating a "lumpy" mass around SCP-#.
SCP-# has abnormally large extremities and hands. Hand span is about 21 cm; arm length is 1.2 m. SCP-# has two stomachs and multiple unknown organs located in its tumors that help contain excess fats and liquids. SCP-# does not possess hair.
SCP-# has multiple unhealed burn and scar wounds similar to that made by iron brands. The insignia of the Roman Catholic Church has been branded on its forehead, abdomen, hands and backside. Closer analysis reveals that SCP-# was subject to several whippings and beatings. Faint evidence of surgical incisions and sutures is visible.
Whenever possible, SCP-# will kneel down on the nearest Roman Catholic altar and assume a praying position. If other subjects (research personnel, security guards, etc.) are nearby, it will gesture for them to join it in prayer. SCP-# is docile and retreats to this position when under stress.
Circumstances of Recovery: SCP-# was found praying at the altar of a Roman Catholic church in [REDACTED]. It had consumed all of the communion wafers and wine present and had a personal Bible at the time of recovery. This Bible had several handwritten pages which are assumed to be made by SCP-#. The transcript is seen below, translated from Spanish:
March 12
August 3
… They did work on my hands next, made them bigger. "To make them more fit for praying", the Father said. I think he means the opposite. Kneeling at the altar was never so difficult before. But perhaps it has…
November 4
May Jesus Christ bless whoever will find him through my accounts. My blessing has come! Finally, I am released. Though I am sad to see the Father and his priests go, now is the time to start over. As a child of God.
I'm so tired.
November 10
I've made my first miracle! The first whom I have converted into his light now joins me in prayer.
November 22
I had thought that I was one of them now. A shepherd of God, working under thick flesh as his cloth. I welcomed them into the chapel at early morning, the local pastor and the young man. I was welcomed back, though I do recall the aghast expressions on their faces at first greeting. I was honestly surprised how open they received me. The three of us talked thru the dawn, about the Father's mission in the village and the boy's path to priesthood.
This went on for a while, and I enjoyed every moment. They saw me as a new sort of shepherd, one sprung out from the glutton. Who, despite his pain, renounced his ways unto God.
Then in the morning during Mass the pastors drag me inside the rooms, underneath the cellar (I have never known the Church shares the vineyards with the Serpent) to hide me from those who come to worship.
December 2
The Father has returned. He is not the same.
Filipio Agostan
Basic Info:
Player: Cadbury
Position: Immigrant Poison Expert
Demeanor: Growing up poor, Filipio is often amazed at the wide variety of technology and ideologies around him. He is easily entertained with learning and using new gadgets, like the video tape recorder and big radios. Filipio is a warm and hospitable young man, although his well-meaning attempts at making friends are almost always hindered by the language barrier and unfamiliarity with Western mannerisms (aside from what cartoons tells him).
Nature:
Filipio has barely been exposed to the city all his life, being a farm boy working on the family rice fields in rural Luzon. As such, he dresses and speaks conservatively. He is lean, at 185 cm and 60 kg, — not bad for a Filipino then. He frequents the chapel.
Description:
The backwater countryside taught Filipio how to survive in the field, and the labs of his former employer taught him how to let others un-survive in the field. He may be aspiring to be a caregiver, but the brewing and usage of toxins is his main marketable skill. Represents a foil to medics, to his dismay.

Specialty Skills:
You have twelve points to distribute among as many or as few specialty skills as you see fit (but at least three is almost always warranted). Remember to explain what each specialty entails.
- First, Do No Harm: 2 Filipio has a slight sentiment against murder-by-poison. His main aim is to subdue and incapacitate, thru numerous mediums. Effects usually last for hours, and work most of the time.
- I Add This to Sample!: 3 Collecting potential materials and substances while in the field is an opportunity for Filipio to brew or strengthen his toxic agents, adding them to his samples. This can allow him to concoct something invaluable… or one that will flop and fizzle out of his hands.
- I Learned This From Lolo: 3 Grandfather Basing studied with Filipio whenever the latter had Science homework, and the old man taught him how to use herbs, salves and massages to soothe injuries. Basing's final testament left Filipio with his set of the aforementioned.
- It Will Feel Like An Antbite: 4 Filipio coats an object with a potent balm of the chemicals he has available. Melee and ranged weapons are then coated, brushed or tipped with this (it may also be administered directly). While effects are invariable, it almost always results to death.
Possessions:
List everything your character carries on their person here. Be reasonable.
- Gloves and a gas mask
- Rucksack containing:
- A carefully contained briefcase full of viral and toxin agents
- A homemade health kit from Grandfather Basing
- A dog-eared Bible, rosary and candle
- 650ml bottle of isopropyl alcohol
- Butterfly knife
- A yard of rope
And everything that they keep in their room at Site 19. Anything that's not listed here or in the section above will be difficult for the character to retrieve.
- A modest set of clothes and a pair of hand-me-down shoes.
- One large barrel of ginataang monggo (Mung bean cooked in coconut milk). The ingredients were in his personal box when he went abroad. He usually eats from this.
- The box all his personal belongings were carried in, hidden in a corner. Filipio is awaiting the day he can finally send it back home, full of goods for his family.
- College nursing and caregiving; biology and chemistry textbooks
- A radio
- A DIY kit of chemicals intended for kids. Filipio had wanted one since he was a child.
- Journal and stationery. He keeps drawings of places he's been, to show to his Mother soon.
Personal History:
Nothing less than pure excitement and curiosity rushed to Filipio's mind as the ferry that took him to U.S. shores landed, offering him the greatest view of the American Dream. Sent by his mother to pursue a fine course in Nursing, but with his savings almost immediately expended, he turned to working blue-collar jobs until he got work as a shady pharmacist's assistant. Augmenting his employer's dubious work with his familiarity of herbal properties, he unwittingly made a reputation for himself as a local go-to for poisons.
Miscellaneous:
Filipio is a former Eagle Scout, and still keeps the red neckerchief inside his box. He left his medallion at home as his remembrance.
