Special Containment Procedures: Scp-XXXX is to be stored in a locker made out of steel located near a beach 97 meters deep. To enter the locker permission from two (2) level 4 clearance personnel. Only D-Class personnel are permitted to interact with it physically and no one else is permitted to be within 30 meters of it.

Description: Scp-XXXX appears to be a porous stone made out of flesh. Testing is still ongoing to find out what types of flesh. The outside layer of flesh is soft and can easily be removed causing the inner flesh to be exposed. The inner flesh is harder than the outside layer and can only be removed via laser or diamond tip scalpel. Under the inner layer is a dark, smooth stone that emits radiation equal to 2.31 Gy.

Upon touching Scp-XXXX with a living material a special wave of power equal to about 131 milliamps of power that disables all electronic appliances within a 500km radius, the amount of power decreases by 3milliamps/4km. So the closer to the point of origin the more electricity is emitted. The signal keeps emmiting from 3 minutes to up to 7 hours. The electricity is enough to cause organic matter to generate burns and is capable of detonating some devices causing minor explosions. The only way to muffle the effect is in with water. For every 14.5 psi or 10 meters under water the effect is significantly reduced by [REDACTED].

Scp-XXXX was found near a beach by a kid who was walking along the shore when he saw an odd colored rock and he swam towards it. Upon him touching it the electricity sent out killed him and most people on the beach. The artifact was retrieved without another incident. The cover-up story was that [REDACTED] had happened causing [DATA EXPUNGED] to detonate.

D-34302 proceeds to touch the stone and a wave of electricity is emitted which makes D-34302 fall to the ground. The electricity is emitted continuously for 3 hours and 15 minutes until it stops. Upon scanning D-34302's body all his organs were perfectly preserved while his epidermis and dermis were fried completely and many blisters formed on his skin.

D-19021 is equipped with full body airtight armor made out of 5cm thick thermal regulated polyethylene and filled with fiberglass in the middle.
D-19021 touches the stone and an electric pulse is released for 3 minutes D-19021 is unaffected but temperature rises by 7 Celsius.

The electronic wave lasted for 1 hour longer before it faded and stopped. Upon analysis of D-19021's body all of his organs were preserved.

Scp-XXXX is attached to a power cell connected to a light and D-10292 is instructed to touch the stone to activate it's anomolous property to see if it can generate power or if it can be used in power plants without wasting natural resources.
D-10292 touches the stone and instantly falls to the ground and dies.
