For log of anomalous items maybe?

Containment procedures: Stored in anomalous objects locker 564 at site 77 along with all SCP-XXXX-1 instances. SCP-XXXX-1 instances are stored in a separate clear plastic container and observed annually for changes in behavior.

A black 12/8 cm notebook bound in faux leather. It currently contains 116 pages of blank paper perforated at the top edge. At the time of acquisition the notebook contained 128 pages, and likely contained 300 pages originally as evidenced by paper stubs from previously torn off pages. Upon complete separation from the notebook, pages will fold themselves into cranes following traditional patterns. Folding will not occur should the page be torn or damaged. Unfolding, tearing, burning, marking with pigment or otherwise damaging the paper will render it inert. Crumpling without tearing, folding, and wetting with water will not affect anomalous properties. wetting SCP-XXXX-1 will result in a temporary lapse in anomalous properties, with said properties returning after the water has evaporated. This effect only occurs when SCP-XXXX-1 is exposed to a significant amount of water. It is unclear at this time whether this is due to the anomalous properties being suppressed by the water, or if the paper is simply too heavy to move while sodden.

in 2014 additional significant properties
the contents of a page will animate and affect the resulting behavior of pages.

Testing logs:
Page #128
contents: "tell maintenance guy to fix the flourescent lights"
results: page folded itself into a crane and began moving towards officer Dawson via a "hopping motion".
current condition: destroyed.

Page #127
Contents: "tell maintenance guy to fix the fluorescent lights"
results: Page folded itself in 35 seconds and began moving towards Mr.██████ who was present during testing. The instance exhibited locomotion via rapid contraction and expansion resulting in a "hopping motion". Upon making physical contact with Mr.██████ the instance became inert.
Current condition: In storage

Page #126
Contents: "happy"
Results: Page folded itself in 12 seconds and when placed upright will oscillate slightly.
Condition: In storage
Addendum: motion ceased as of 2016.

Page #125
Contents: "sad"
Results: Page folded itself in 12 seconds and when placed upright fell to its side. Further attempts to right the crane resulted in it falling to it's side.
Addendum: Crane was placed in the same container as the "happy" crane and left overnight. The following day the "happy" crane was ~3cm closer to the "sad" crane and the "sad" crane was upright.
Condition: In a plastic container on Dr. Walter's desk. It will right itself should it be tipped over.

Page #124
Contents: "cat"
Results: Page folded itself in 2 minutes 43 seconds taking the likeness of a crane. Crane exhibited significantly
Condition: In a plastic container on Dr. Walter's desk. has not exhibited animation.

Page #123
Contents: ████████████ ███ █████
Results: Page folded itself in 10 seconds and took the likeness of a crane. The crane exhibited no animation.
Condition: Incinerated
