Special Containment Procedures: SCP#### is to be kept in a strong magnetic field at all times.

Description: SCP#### is a short and slender humanoid Caucasian male with black eyes and white pupils. Measuring at about 5 ft tall. SCP#### seems to be able to teleport some distance. This can however be stopped by using a strong magnetic field in his direct vicinity. SCP#### was found hiding in a small abandoned apartment in Ohio. There have currently been no records of him trying to communicate, but he appears to show signs of intelligence.
Since his arrival SCP#### has remained stationary in the middle of the room, and only moves when politely asked. When made angry SCP#### will emit a thin layer of black smoke from his skin. Currently only three people have been injured by him.

Addendum:
Note: SCP#### shows no homicidal tenancies and only immobilizes those who he finds threatening. Therefor we have decided he should be demoted to safe.
