SCP-XXXX first discovered in █████, █████ America.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a steel chamber with a floor size about 75 x 150 feet. The walls of the chamber should be about 5 cm thick to prevent any excavation attempts by SCP-XXXX. Two walls of the chamber should be thick and effectively soundproof glass to prevent most hearing from both sides, and to allow observing from one side. In no instance should SCP-XXXX ever be removed from it's containment chamber except for testing, if necessary. The hallways adjacent to the containment should be secured with hard-metal lining. Live video and thermal sensors placed within SCP-XXXX's containment should be monitored at all times. No less than 5 personnel can be present to monitor the systems. If a testing procedure is required, a minimum of two MTF units must be summoned to oversee the testing.
Daily scanning is required to reveal if any objects produced by SCP-XXXX are present in the containment chamber. If an object is located and present, an on-duty person is to operate a built in crane mechanism. They are to extract the object produced by SCP-XXXX cautiously and to remove it from the room. The object is to be scanned by the on-duty personnel before being prepared to be delivered away. The object is to then be retrieved by researchers and to be studied. Any object(s) produced by SCP-XXXX and extracted from the room are to be referred to as SCP-XXXX-01 for scientific reasons.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a carnivorous animal believed to belong to an unknown species of mammal related to an existing species of canine. Physical features are shared among other canines, such as snout, teeth, and ears. There are multiple noticeable differences between the two however, such as the absence of fur, and the scaly cracked grey skin of the entity. In areas of low light or at times of night, the entity's eyes are seen as luminescent, and have a bright orange color. It's claws most likely resemble the talon of a bird. The creature's front and forelegs are slim and bony, but it's torso is able to stay light enough to support the weight. It's maximum observed speed was about 55 mph, which was maintained for 2 whole minutes before dropping to 25 mph. The creature makes little sound when sprinting at high speeds. Inside of it's jaw, the entity has a set of serrated teeth, each about 1 to 1.5 inches long.
SCP-XXXX will go into an aggravated state once in distress or danger. Signs of it entering an aggravated state could be consistent growling or snarling, dilation in it's pupils, or a change in movement patterns. Prolonged aggravated periods lead to long stretches of time where the entity becomes extremely hostile and feral.
SCP-XXXX has a remarkable ability of mimicking animal's vocals, communications, odors, and other abilities or traits. SCP-XXXX will use this ability at it's will to lure in prey and kill them. The method the creature uses to mimic sounds is unknown, and is one of it's most dangerous features. SCP-XXXX had been involved in over 10 civilian deaths and 40 Foundation Personnel deaths. More information on those incidents can be obtained in the Addendum. The animal will kill it's prey by either grasping and tearing the esophagus, or by rapid blood loss from wounds in arteries.

Addendum:
During the time SCP-XXXX was being captured and contained, there were over 50 deaths caused by the lure of SCP-XXXX. Most being calling for help from MTF units, and the entity lunging and tearing their necks. This information was recorded and is backed by the evidence of claw marks and dirt marks on MTF gear. The only suitable method to contain SCP-XXXX is to tranquilize it.
About █ years after it's containment, SCP-XXXX began to speak on it's own without any audio influence. Researcher Kenned Brown and Dr. ███ were brought to the containment to speak to it through audio projection system [speakers]. Files and records require Level 2 clearance to access.
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Kenned Brown
Foreword: [Audio crackles from microphone being turned on, and a gasp when there is audible sounds of humming coming from SCP-XXXX]
<Begin Log, 12/14/████>
Kenned Brown: "Hello, uhm. Is it alright if we call you by your assigned name? Or do you possess one already?"
SCP-XXXX: [Inaudible gurgling and static sounds, followed by humming.]
Kenned Brown: "Are you there?"
SCP-XXXX: "Do you think I am not?"
Kenned Brown: "What is your name?"
SCP-XXXX: "My appellation is only limited to your desire."
Kenned Brown: "Is it alright if we call you █████ for now?
SCP-XXXX: "My appellation, like I stated, is limited to your desire."
Kenned Brown: "Great. Now I was wondering if we could start off wi-"
Narration[SCP-XXXX abruptly interrupts Kenned Brown in the middle of a sentence]
SCP-XXXX: "Your method to soothe and ease explanations out of my mouth is the exact opposite of bodacious in this matter, and I'd rather get to the nub of this conversation than listen to commonly used words to try and make me look feeble and foolish."
Kenned Brown: "We aren't trying to make you look foolish, we only require answers."
SCP-XXXX: "Answers? Involving what mystery? A paradox? Life is a paradox."
Kenned Brown: "You're going a couple steps too deep. We need to know what you were doing at the capture location in █████."
SCP-XXXX: "You should know what I was doing, your men were aghast and fled from the scene once I freed the armed men."
Kenned Brown: "Freeing a person doesn't mean slaughtering them. We don't require answers to mysteries or truths from you, we only desire what we ask for."
SCP-XXXX: "I hear about freedom in another place all the time, from you humans it might as well not be plausible but it's what you trust in."
Kenned Brown: "It's called religion, and it's not what we're talking about."
SCP-XXXX: "You require answers from me, only so you can get more creditable information and leave me trapped in that empty room of no sound or sight. Does your fickle mind truly believe that I will bestow that information upon you?"
Kenned Brown: "..We only require some easy answers. You're making this more difficult than it has to be."
SCP-XXXX: "The last thing I would want is difficulty when I'm in an empty room, longing to hear the cry of an animal to recreate for almost years now. But the lack of justice and balance in this conversation pushes me to my boundaries. Those boundaries of savage jaws, clenched teeth and splattering blood."
Kenned Brown: "You're describing your power in a self-supporting manner."
SCP-XXXX: "Yes- and I intend to do so until the day I die."
Kenned Brown: "Then so be it."
Narration [SCP-XXXX could be heard mocking the voice of Kenned and several security guards as they discuss the interview and leave the room. Howling noises which originate SCP-XXXX is followed by the end of the clip.]
<End Log, 12/14/████>
Closing Statement: Kenned Brown: "We couldn't extract any information from the canine entity but the fact that it bends your mind. The animal couldn't even give us a straight answer! It forced me to get aggravated, but I'm glad I'm calm now. I suggest that we should pursue the chance of another interview in the future, and that we take off that Keter label from it's name. It's only a trickster, like in the Native American tales."
An interview has yet to be recorded. Shortly after Kenned Brown's interview, Dr.█████ was able to get permission to degrade SCP-XXXX's class to Euclid.

Special Containment Procedures: The area surrounding and holding SCP-XXXX is required to be patrolled by any present MTF units for 2 hours at a time. Any areas on the outside of patrol zones that are missing wire mesh fences must be restored with the fence as soon as possible. All breach-in attempts are to be logged, and the intruder is to be brought into custody under the Foundation. MTF units are allowed to shoot intruders if they are defiant or ignore orders proposed by MTF units. Dr. █████ has been ordained as the supervisor of all investigations and procedures occurring on [REDACTED] or SCP-XXXX. Unless testing is going on in the particular area, personnel and MTF are advised to avoid irradiated and [REDACTED] areas as much as possible.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an abandoned set of structures in the process of rusting and molding, which also descends multiple stories into the ground. The buildings on the surface level appear to look like remnants of a kids amusement park, consisting of non-functioning attractions and torn dining halls. Beneath the surface is a large multi-chamber complex, which branches out and leads into multiple tunnels. What is beyond the tunnels is unknown, although explorations have led to [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-XXXX's lower complex was observed to possess the look of a ruined mall, mainly featuring broken escalators and shop fronts. On the surface and underground, there are a total of five four specific areas which produce extremely high amounts of radiation per hour. All radiation levels have been calculated to be near 6000 mSv per hour. Spending over two hours within an irradiated site will lead to death if untreated. It is unknown what is causing the radiation.
A photograph of the ruins of an attraction within SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX will cause any person staying underground within it's vicinity for over 1 hour to go into distress and develop severe mental distortions. The victim will lose control over it's physical body in under thirty minutes if they remain underground. The victim will then be controlled by the entity within SCP-XXXX and will be walked deeper into the tunnels. It is unknown what exists inside of the tunnels, or the entity controlling the person's mind. All camera feed, audio recording, and tracking devices are disabled at a certain depth in the tunnels.
SCP-XXXX is capable of mutating it's victims and sending them back out into the tunnels. All affected by the mutations caused by SCP-XXXX are referred to as SCP-XXXX-01. SCP-XXXX has been observed to release a quantity of SCP-XXXX-01 when victims are scarce. SCP-XXXX-01 will remain as a humanoid creature once paranoid, but will lack sentience and perception of thought. It is assumed SCP-XXXX-01 will eventually become a sapient being and never return to it's original state. If SCP-XXXX-01 is ever discovered by MTF, MTF units are to terminate all of the entities immediately. Limited information is available regarding SCP-XXXX-01 in the Addendum.
Addendum:
SCP-XXXX-01 has only been recorded and photographed four times. Audio has been designated to over twelve individuals, however. On one occasion, MTF located [REDACTED] within the proximity of an irradiated site. Upon approaching the site with proper gear, the MTF extracted [REDACTED] from the site. [REDACTED] has since been studied and terminated.
One of the few existing photographs of SCP-XXXX-01.
Separate studies show that SCP-XXXX is an independent system connected to multiple similar facilities with the same effects of SCP-XXXX, however the studies have since been abandoned.
The tunnels would use [DATA EXPUNGED] to connect, although the entity would have to be apart of multiple facilities.
Note the Foundation has since discarded all research relating to the idea of multiple facilities similar to SCP-XXXX. All data regarding any [REDACTED] or other facilities possibly connected to SCP-XXXX has been expunged.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be locked in a constantly heated room, which removes vapor from the air. The containment should be suspended above the ground about 20 feet, and the walls should be sealed in every corner or gap. Liquid repellent should be sprayed in the containment every two days. Only level 3+ Clearances can determine who enters SCP-XXXX's containment. It is advised to be cautious when nearing SCP-XXXX. It is considered normal for it to groan and/or cry when you get near him. If he moves towards you, don't run as this might agitate him or provoke it to attack you. Only move back enough that he will stop, and resume. Once the containment is cleaned, leave at once. In the event of a test, if the subject is killed, raise the temperature in the containment to 90 degrees. Quickly go in, remove the body and blood, and leave. In the event of a breach, visit Breach Protocol 9.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid figure which seems to be constructed of a non- harmful black substance. The substance can not be determined, as SCP-XXXX will get too provoked to attack if the subject were to approach and remain at a close distance to it. Approaching SCP-XXXX will not result in death, but it's curiosity will lead it closer towards the subject originally approaching it. SCP-XXXX will spread the black substance into water on contact with it, and the substance will remain above the water like oil. The substance is infinite in amount. The substance seems to have a weird effect on any solid it touches, corroding or rotting it until it breaks apart. A special formula was engineered into a liquid repellent to eradicate the substance from the water, and prevent further damage on the solid. The ingredients of this substance are [REDACTED].
SCP-XXXX has the ability to control decent amounts of water without moving at all, and move it in any way it desires. This includes letting the water rise in the air, spin around, and shooting jets of water at victims. However, if SCP-XXXX is not near a satisfying water source, it can manipulate the water in the bodies of any living organism that has water in it's body. SCP-XXXX has been shown to split human subject's bones and muscles apart with the water inside of them. It is yet to be tested on an animal, although it is predicted there will be equal results. SCP-XXXX is non sentient to any feelings other organisms have. This means SCP-XXXX cannot feel pain, emotion. It might not even be able to "feel" things. The only way to suppress it is to deprive it of water. It has not been tested if SCP-XXXX can manipulate other liquid substances.
SCP-XXXX was recovered from a truck crash in the ██████████ Desert, after police force went in pursuit of the driver. The driver was found in a town with SCP-XXXX, allowing it to kill people. It is unknown why SCP-XXXX didn't attack the driver. One police forces arrived, the scene went live on the news. Foundation Personnel took notice, alerting others. MTF arrived on site. When the driver caught sight of the MTF, he fled in a truck after placing SCP-XXXX inside. The pursuit lasted 13 minutes, and SCP took control of the pursuit. The driver had hit an object on the road, making the truck spin out and crash. When MTF got to the truck, SCP-XXXX remained inside, unhindered. The driver had vanished.
Breach Protocol 9
If there is an event in which SCP-XXXX breaches containment, there isn't much that can be done but the following. The rooms and/or hallways connected to SCP-XXXX's containment must be heated up to 105 degrees, and people must evacuate the rooms. If other containments are connected to these hallways, they must be put on lockdown. If this fails, the only suggestion is to find a large heat source that can be expelled directly on SCP-XXXX. This would range from a flamethrower down to hot steam. It is advised not to use any hot liquids. The main option is to only find a way to disable it's access from water enough that it can't do anything anymore and returns calm.
"I'm not sure why the hell thing thing even exists, we barley even know where it originated from. We can't even take samples of it without letting our staff get killed, it's insanity. All we know is barley enough of what we need in order to take the right precautions against this thing, otherwise it breaks all of our spines into pieces. We're working on it, but it's going to be rough." -Dr.██████

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be locked in a tight containment unit, about a meter in length and 3 1/2 meters in height. The containment unit should be built of steel, and should be placed on Dimensional Site-62. Inside of the containment, SCP-XXXX's limbs should be locked under heavy metal straps, and a chain that runs the length of it's body around the straps. This is to be aligned with heavy metal lining. On site containment location is [REDACTED].

Description: SCP-XXXX is a abnormally tall figure, reaching a height of about 3 meters. It's body is composed of unknown transparent tissue and/or flesh. On the inside of the body, organs have a luminescent glow. SCP-XXXX's head contains little to no physical face features of any animal. SCP-XXXX produces clicking and humming sounds at different frequencies to communicate. SCP-XXXX has been able to communicate through Morse code. Interactions with SCP-XXXX can be found in Interview log B05.
SCP-XXXX is an interdimensional creature, drawing it's power from the [REDACTED] it can access. It is unknown what is required for SCP-XXXX to generate power. Research reveals that SCP-XXXX's power comes in the form of electromagnetic waves. SCP-XXXX has complete control over the form of wave it distributes. The forms of waves produced by SCP-XXXX can be found in the Addendum
