Special Containment Procedures: As of now, no adequate containment procedures have been developed to contain SCP-XXXX-1 through -21. Further research regarding the containment of SCP-XXXX welcomes any ideas the staff may have.

Any sightings of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be noted and investigated. Witnesses are to be terminated until such a time as SCP-XXXX can be contained, and the current administration is classing the object "Euclid" until it can be studied furthermore.

Description: SCP-XXXX consists of an old, rusted ship which was reportedly named "The Princess Andromeda" (SCP-XXXX-1) and a crew of twenty (20) members (SCP-XXXX-2 through -21).

SCP-XXXX-2 through -21 are reportedly decayed and resemble walking corpses. They move around the ship, performing many tasks ship members usually perform. There is one member of the ship (SCP-XXXX-16) who acts as a captain of the ship. They are seen to carry very menacing weapons such as guns, machetes and knives.

SCP-XXXX-1 itself has the innate ability to fade, the crew accompanying it. It them reappears to a different area entirely, mimicking a teleportation ability. Many expeditions to find SCP-XXXX-1 have resulted in failure. Sightings of SCP-XXXX-1 seem to cause massive distress, though none of these cases result in death or suicide.

SCP-XXXX was first discovered when a large number of ship expeditions vanished, many of them days, weeks and months apart. These ships were found exactly two months later on shores, completely looted and no human remains found. No surviving crew members have been found.

The first contact with an SCP-XXXX related item was when a transmission was delivered to Dr ████ while he was talking to Doctor ██████ via phone call. Dr ████ was contacted by the supposed captain of the ship, SCP-XXXX-16. The following is the message delivered through the aforementioned transmission.

Greetings, Dr ████. There is no need to talk or ask who I am and why I know what I know. The only thing you should be concerned about is us. We lived many years and appreciated science, but you fuckers take it a step to far. You want to contain our mighty ship and crew, and we refuse to be your lab rats. So do us a favour. Stop looking for us. This is your first and final warning.

Notes: After this transmission, no more messages or appearance of SCP-XXXX have been seen. It has not been seen by the public and seems to have become more subtle and quiet, hence why sightings of the ship and crew are extremely vital.
