Before the incidents, the affected ones reported seeing a very detailed painting of a woman burning in flames under a human heart, instead of the previous black surface.
Three days after the event, all afected subjects suddenly died from spontaneous human combustion. There were no apparent external source of ignition, but it's possible that the substances found during the autopsy triggered a chemical reaction causing the flesh to burn from the inside. The autopsy was done out of the remaining parts from the class D personnel, [DATA EXPUNGED], and discovered several pieces of burned human flesh inside the subject's stomach.

"Sir, are you a cannibal? What? I asked if you are a cannibal? No, of course not. Then why you trew up human flesh? I had to do it, she was… she did that to him, we were all gonna die note: make tests to see if subjects are infected with SCP-081.
