SCP Name: Nightmare Man/Nightmare Hotel Manager, might change to the latter later on.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures:
It is to be located in an isolated area in ███████, Canada nearby SCP-XXXX's original location, a site is constructed around it with the walls 300 meters away from its containment in the center, which is designed to be hospitable, and non threatening, to avoid inducing fear, (thus nightmares) as such any behaviour or garment that can induce fear, such as a hazmat suit, is strictly forbidden in the presence of SCP-XXXX and it's other instances, Personnel who view SCP-XXXX-1 through 5, become a SCP-XXXX instance, as a result of the personnel then being able to create monsters as well. SCP-XXXX instances are to be contained with the original SCP-XXXX.
Around the 300 meter area is a fence to keep unauthorized personnel out, with a single gate on the road leading to the house, at the gate is a security office, which is designed to minimize how often SCP-XXXX's creations appear within.
Description:
It has a very human appearance, such as it's brown hair, blue eyes and tuxedo, it is roughly 2 meter, 24 inches in height and appears to be ██ years old. Despite its very human appearance, all personnel of the facility are warned to be cautious when within any radius of SCP-XXXX for their safety.
SCP-XXXX was originally located in: ███████, Canada. it was found hiding far away from civilization, personnel found out of its existence when one of its creatures got spotted by a police officer. After some extensive investigation by the local police force, SCP-XXXX was submitted to the facility.
Whenever SCP-XXXX has a nightmare, creatures from its nightmares appear within an unknown vicinity of SCP-XXXX, these are named as such: SCP-XXXX-X. Only one of SCP-XXXX's creations have appeared at a time, despite numerous attempts to create a situation where it would occur.
SCP-XXXX had reported it started to see that personnel in its nightmares and dreams, it’s unclear if it’s involuntary creations take the personnel into SCP-XXXX’s dreams or not.
Description: A humanoid creature covered in an unknown black substance, it rises out of containers of liquid, ranging from a bathtub full of water to the lake nearby, which was drained of water after an attack caused by SCP-XXXX-1 on ██17/03/11. The attack was done to several D Class personnel. SCP-XXXX-1 is not limited to containers of water when a tub of molten lead was placed in the house of SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-1 had risen out of the container, still covered in a black substance and unaffected from the heat generated.
Some of the personnel who look after SCP-XXXX have survived the attacks done by this creature but died from any proven causes. The black substance the creature is covered is suspected to be the cause.
Personnel who haven’t been contacted by SCP-XXXX-1 were the only survivor of the last attack performed by SCP-XXXX-1. Personnel have disappeared after SCP-XXXX-1 had dragged them away into areas absent of light.
Description: A tall humanoid form about 5 meters high as a result it tends to hunch over, with several arms of unnatural length the arms can range from 2 feet to 3 meters. Its arms can change the length to grab onto its prey, there is no known limit to what length they can change to. It has pinkish skin, and it wears what seems to be a top hat on its head.
D Class reported that the creature came out of flat surfaces, such as walls, roofs, or even the floor. By distorting the surface to its shape as it enters the world.
Description: Humanoid, only 1 meter 90 inches in height, it wears SCP foundation clothing, with a gas mask covering its facial features. This SCP is assumed to be a direct result of the foundation's first interaction with SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-3 chokes it’s victims to unconsciousness, before dragging them away.
SCP-XXXX-3 continues to appear in SCP-XXXX’s nightmares and vicinity, despite personnel changing their suits, and appearance to be less fear-inducing.
Description: Humanoid. 1 meter, 90 inches, it has no facial orifices on its face, with a clown face painted over. SCP-XXXX-4 suffocates its victims, tending to carry them into SCP-XXXX dreams. D
Some D Class personnel had requested to celebrate SCP-XXXX “Discovery” day, as its birthday was unknown. A clown was invited to the party, scaring SCP-XXXX, which had never seen a clown before.
The fear induced by the clown resulted in SCP-XXXX-4 appearing at night when SCP-XXXX had nightmares about the clown.
Description: Black 10 meter high arachnid-like creature, with eight eyes and legs, each leg is 10 feet long. It has two large fangs that inject venom into its victims, similarly to SCP-XXXX-2 it can change the length of its legs, allow it to impale personnel with them, dragging them away.
It was caused by a spider appearing in the containment area of SCP-XXXX, once seen it induced nightmares.
SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2. Have unknown sources for their cause. SCP-XXXX-3 through 5 are caused by the foundation, as stated in their respective areas.
SCP-XXXX has no limit for how long it can remember things, as such Personnel are advised not to bring foreign things into the site, no matter how little fear they induce. To prevent any further SCP classifications from being created.
SCP-XXXX lacks knowledge of what caused it to create SCP-XXXX-1 or SCP-XXXX-2. The foundation has started to suspect that SCP-XXXX created them even as a child, as reports of the creatures were found and dated back to the ██00s, 10 years before SCP-XXXX discovery, and SCP-XXXX's assumed age of ██ years, it was only when the local police forces saw them that the foundation had taken notice.
SCP-XXXX instances still express fear towards their creations despite lack of intent of injuring them, they have reported those captured by their SCP classifications have also appeared in their dreams, as well as SCP-XXXX's.
Addendum SCP-XXXX-A:
For unknown reasons, only SCP-XXXX's nightmares come to life and never its dreams. Even after SCP-XXXX's reports of not having a nightmare and instead of a normal dream. All is to be done to maintain SCP-XXXX's normal dreams because of this.
Addendum SCP-XXXX-2-A:
SCP-XXXX-2 has been spotted outside the set 300-meter range, it came out of wall within the security room, positioned at the gate. The guard perished, but security footage showed the creature was indeed wearing a top hat.
Addendum SCP-XXXX-2-B:
SCP-XXXX-2 has appeared outside of the containment area only once, as a result of some D Class personnel who had flattened some terrain outside the area this terrain, which was later disturbed intentionally to prevent SCP-XXXX-2 from entering through it again after that personnel were taken by SCP-XXXX-2
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: Contained in a safe with various platforms for them to be placed on the inside, 88.392cm in height, 30.48cm across, to give SCP-XXXX instances the space to be placed inside the safe. No new fluid of any kind is to be poured into any instances of SCP-XXXX.
Personnel is not to submerge any of their body parts into SCP-XXXX's contained liquid or touch the interior of SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX instances have the appearance of a mug 15.24 cm in height, only 7.62cm across, they are ceramic and have a brown exterior and white interior without any company branding anywhere on the mug, and all SCP-XXXX instances are identical in design.
If any liquid is placed inside SCP-XXXX it is incredibly difficult, or otherwise impossible, to tip the mug over any surface, preventing it from spilling or from its liquids contents pouring out. Solids have no effect if placed inside, if anything is dissolved into the liquid, only boiling the fluid can allow them to be removed. Attempts to remove the liquid with a spoon or similar methods are possible despite this. Stirring the fluid also causes it to stop at the brim of the mug preventing spilling.
If there is a need for the liquid to be removed when it is not possible to drink it, temperatures are to be raised so the liquid container is brought to its boiling point to vaporize it. Another method is lowering the temperature of the contents to solidify them, so they can be removed. Both methods are the only way to remove its contents. There are no known ways to remove the contents in their original liquid state other than trying to drink it.
SCP-XXXX is highly resistant to temperatures, but not blunt force, it can withstand temperatures of over ████° Fahrenheit (████° Celsius) before it starts to experience damage, although the surroundings get damaged long before this. If SCP-XXXX is damaged, its anomalous properties are immediately negated, and will no longer affect the liquid inside, the amount of damage does not affect this. If SCP-XXXX is repaired after being damaged no anomalous properties have been seen to remain in the repaired instances, these instances are then removed from the foundation, and considered normal mugs.
The only way to use SCP-XXX as a normal mug is to pick it up, and attempt to drink from it, pouring it away from the user's mouth prevents it from being tipped over, any surface it is placed on it merges with to prevent spillage, but if any contact is made with a human hand the merging is undone. If the user misses their mouth the fluid stops at the brim.
Recovery: The first instance of SCP-XXXX was found in a house located at ███████ rd in ███████, USA. Its anomalous properties were first shown when the owner of SCP-XXXX poured coffee into SCP-XXXX, were not able to tip over the mug while almost spilling it onto the floor, After these anomalous properties were discovered eventually the foundation was notified, a single D-Class employee was sent out to get SCP-XXXX.
Experiment XXXX-1: An instance of SCP-XXXX had an alloy of Iron and Zinc poured into it. Upon attempts to pour it the mug remained stationary like with other liquids. The contents were then allowed to solidify for safe removal.
Experiment XXXX-2: An instance of SCP-XXXX was filled up to 1 inch from the top with tap water, upon attempts to pour it out, the mug stayed stationary. The remaining contents were then boiled out of SCP-XXXX.

Description:
SCP-XXXX is a large wooden door, and no matter its location there will be an █ ███ area filled with a sense ██████ of █████ with an appearance of a ██████ site with a █████ path, lower than the surrounding area, located behind the door. anything outside the area can not see what is within without looking through the door and as such, when entering the area only the personnel within, and not anything outside, can see the interior of SCP-XXXX or anything else inside SCP-XXXX. Looking through the door itself will also allow viewing of the interior of SCP-XXXX.
Inside SCP-XXX are several bipedal █████████, 5 of which have been identified and have surviving descriptions. Only accessible from inside SCP-XXXX as the descriptions will be destroyed upon exit, these descriptions shall be accessed from within site-██.
When inside SCP-XXXX, death of any person or any injuries do not retain upon exit, upon recovery, the personnel who were attacked were given autopsies, only to find they died of a heart attack, yet the footage gathered from the cameras on the personnel showed much more gruesome attacks, involving removal of █████ or ████ along with several limbs, all of which remained intact upon recovery. When inside to recover them the personnel viewing the body have reported the wounds and attack marks to remain until full recovery and reassemble upon exit, only to ████████ upon reentering the area. Even if the limbs or body are in pieces, they will [REDACTED], displaying no harm aside from the aforementioned heart attack.
Attempts to fully describe the interior of SCP-XXXX has resulted in the immediate destruction of the description, which includes descriptions of camera footage. When written down for documentation the description is [REDACTED], SCP-XXXX can not be described from outside the area. Because of this, there is a small research area inside to keep all information of SCP-XXXX, to access this, enter Site-██.
Addendum SCP-XXXX-1:
Location of SCP-XXXX can not be disclosed along with anything inside it, any attempts to disclose it will be [REDACTED] without authorization and will not require personnel of any level to perform the redaction, as SCP-XXXX will redact it. Information gathered from SCP-XXXX will be destroyed by ███-████ for unknown reasons, and ███-████ will also affect descriptions of its effects, the destruction of the information leaves blank spaces, which have substantially been replaced with █ (Also known as a "FULL BLOCK") for easier reading.

Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX cannot be contained within the facility, anyone who keeps it contained can not work at the foundation, and can not be aware of what SCP-XXXX is or why it is contained as a result of its anomalous properties, currently SCP-XXXX is contained within the location it was discovered, and must be kept there so the foundation is not leaked to the public, as a result of the properties of SCP-XXXX
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a flip phone appearing to be made by [REDACTED], with the phone number ███-███-███, classified as SCP-XXXX-1, along with an ad advertising the business that SCP-XXXX is nearby or within. SCP-XXXX generates a "Work needed" advertisement for a workplace on random sites or newspapers, only if SCP-XXXX is stored within a working area, classified as SCP-XXXX-2, the SCP-XXXX-1 instance appears with this advertisement
Attempts made to keep SCP-XXXX-1 from being dialled have failed as SCP-XXXX will create a new instance of SCP-XXXX-1 to appear with SCP-XXXX-2
Upon the death or firing of a worker, SCP-XXXX materializes another instance of SCP-XXXX-1 within a few minutes. When a call towards SCP-XXXX-1 is being made it can never be cut off, as SCP-XXXX will reroute the call through another way.
SCP-XXXX-1, if called, anyone nearby SCP-XXXX as it rings will get compelled to answer the phone, only if they work at the job that SCP-XXXX-2 advertised, and will attempt to get them hired at the job they work at. For this reason, SCP-XXXX is not to be contained within the foundation, as specified in the containment procedures.
If attempts are made to move SCP-XXXX during a call, whoever had answered SCP-XXXX, will prevent SCP-XXXX from leaving the area.
