Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: Any roads, passages or other routes that lead towards the location of SCP-XXXX are to be either blockaded by Foundation personnel or, if a blockade proves unnecessary or impossible, cleared away completely. Any Foundation personnel assigned to the management of these blockades are to do so under the guise of security of private property in order to prevent any suspicion of the location. In addition, signs are to be placed in the vicinity of these blockades, labelling the protected location as privately owned property.

Within a 200 m radius of SCP-XXXX, assigned squads of Foundation security are to patrol the location to watch for any unauthorised personnel. If patrol teams sight any entities manifesting outside of SCP-XXXX, they are to act upon the SCP-XXXX Anomalous Events Protocol, outlined in Addendum XXXX-1.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a Renaissance-Era Russian manor, located in the Russian province of ███████████, █████████. The entire location measures approximately 220 m in length and 80 m in width. The manor is constructed from white plaster creating the exterior walls, with foundations underneath the manor being constructed of brick and stone. Both of these are severely eroded, with some foundations underneath the manor having completely crumbled. The exterior walls are noticeably covered in a large amount of vegetation, with some parts having completely covered parts of the manor. Glass windows adorn much of the exterior of the manor, with many of the glass panes being either cracked or destroyed completely.

From both the design and aspects of the manor, researchers have taken the assumption that the manor was created during the late Renaissance period. It is unknown if any individuals have come in contact with SCP-XXXX prior to Foundation recovery, but it is assumed not due to the lack of reference within written recordings of the time. This is further supported by the fact that the manor is secluded in a very rural location. (See Addendum XXXX-4)

The manor, in the interior, is separated into five different sections. While two of the rooms bear no anomalous properties, three other rooms are noted for being both anomalous and, if precautions are not followed through with, hazardous to personnel. For reference on the proper procedures that should be taken within these rooms, please refer to the SCP-XXXX Anomalous Events Protocol within Addendum XXXX-1.

The first room, which is accessible by the front and only entrance, is designated as Room A. The floor is constructed out of Brazilian wood, which continues as the floor for the rest of the household. The interior walls of the room are made out the white plaster that similarly covered the exterior. Much of the interior is in disrepair, with scattered pieces of furniture and wood covering the floor. This room possesses no anomalous properties.
