Special Containment Procedures: A five mile no man's land surrounding the island is to be held by foundation personnel under the pretense of a ongoing toxic chemical cleanup. The surrounding countries coast guard services are already notified of the "cleanup" and are to be fed status updates on the situation. Any interference attempted by the surrounding coast guards for any reason, are to be dealt with non-lethally, unless specifically stated otherwise by the site-manager. The same is to be done with fisherman, poachers, and/or non-hostile civilians ships.
During testing procedures involving SCP-XXXX, foundation personnel are not to be no less than three miles away from the island at any given time during testing. Foundation personnel stationed near the no mans land experiencing the effect of SCP-XXXX are to be put under physiatric evaluation, and moved off site for further evaluation. Any personnel attempting to access the no mans land surrounding the island is to be restrained. If personnel are unable to prevent access within three miles of the island, no recovery is to be attempted.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a anomalous entity that has been referenced for nearly three thousand years as far back as the Hellenistic era, though it is speculated that it may have existed for more than 5000 years as far back as the Egyptian era. SCP-XXXX is a humanoid resembling a male or female depending on the viewers gender. To view SCP-XXXX safely, long range binoculars are necessary. To Male viewers, SCP-XXXX is always female, and is described as "beautiful" or other similar adjectives. To Female viewers, SCP-XXXX is a male described using similar adjectives appropriate for the male sex. Viewers of a orientation differing from heterosexuality generally describe SCP-XXXX as normal, and are extremely uninterested, to the point they forget SCP-XXXX exists. SCP-XXXX's nationality is always the viewers nationality. Even using film devices the effect persists.
Subjects who view SCP-XXXX will be drawn towards it, described as a longing to meet it. The lon
The island is located in the ██████████████ ███ near █████, though records show the island has moved in the past in a abnormal matter not natural to normal tectonic movements. Ongoing research on this is proceeding.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Explained
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX instances are to be kept inside Site-97's perimeter unless otherwise overruled. SCP-XXXX instances flying near Site-97's perimeter edge are to be monitored and if it leaves the perimeter, Site-97 task force are to be dispatched to retrieve the instance. Lethal weapons are not permitted without Site-97's Head Researcher's explicit approval.
On handling SCP-XXXX instances, they are not to be approached by staff not trained to handle SCP-XXXX instances. Regular culling of SCP-XXXX instance's eggs is to be done according to current population statistics. Culling of SCP-XXXX instances is to occur at the discretion of Site-97's Head Researcher.
In the event of a perimeter breach by a vessel, the Site-97 task force is to be dispatched to forcefully remove them from the perimeter. The Site-97 task force is permitted to use Class-A amnestics and/or lethal force at will. If an SCP-XXXX instance attacks a breaching vessel before Site-97's task force is able to successfully commender them, the vessel is to be declared lost. If an SCP-XXXX instance nests aboard a breaching vessel without sinking it, Site-97's task force are to sedate the SCP-XXXX instance and relocate the nest.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a species resembling traditional western european dragons from mythology. They are officially in the Draco genus while being unofficially being classified as Draco Occidentis. Adult SCP-XXXX instances that were grown in an open environment can grow as large as eighteen feet in length, eight feet in width, and six feet in height and weigh as much as two tons. Adult SCP-XXXX instances grown exclusively in enclosures size will be relative to the size of the enclosure. The SCP-XXXX species has male and female sexes respectively. SCP-XXXX instances are covered in reptilian scales of varying colors depending on the instance. The most common colors are as follows: Red, Purple, and Green.
Notable anatomy is an internal organ used for storing flammable gas composed of methane and hydrogen. Once expelled from the organ into the main oral cavity it is expelled from the mouth. The gas is lit by an internal bone in the throat which contains a metal like substance which sparks when struck by a similar extrusion. These extrusions retract when not being used. Adult instances grown in an open environment can continually shoot ignited gas for over twenty seconds while smaller males can do so for anywhere between two to five seconds.
For further information on SCP-XXXX instance's bodily structure refer to SCP-XXXX species description section below
An SCP-XXXX instances lifespan begins as an egg that is similar to a chicken's egg in a nest constructed by a Female SCP-XXXX. Female SCP-XXXX instances will attend to the nest during this period of the instances life. After hatching, the SCP-XXXX instance will accompany its respective parents for the remainder of this period. Three weeks after hatching, the SCP-XXXX instance will begin growing a membrane cover connecting to its arms and chest allowing for basic gliding and later on flight. At the age of four months, SCP-XXXX instances which have been exposed to open environments will gain the ability to reproduce. SCP-XXXX which have been kept in an enclosure may take up to eight to gain this ability. Adult females raised in an open environment can lay anywhere between twenty to thirty eggs. Smaller adult females can lay between five to ten. At the one year mark of an SCP-XXXX instance's life, they will stop growing. SCP-XXXX instances have a nondetermined lifespan as none in foundation custody have deceased of natural age-related causes.
Species Discovery and Containment: The first recorded incident involving SCP-XXXX was in 1974, in Stavanger, Norway. Reports of attacks on civilians by SCP-XXXX instances came in from the outskirts of the city and made its way to Foundation personnel. After sending containment task forces, the SCP-XXXX instances were located and subdued. Seven adult SCP-XXXX instances were captured A nest was discovered in an abandoned barn which has since been torn down by foundation personnel and a secondary nest in a surrounding hillside. Both nests were moved to a secure location and the life cycle of SCP-XXXX was observed. After nonessential SCP-XXXX instances were terminated, the Foundation Species Conservation Wing petitioned 05 Council members to move them to an offshore reserve. This request was approved and all SCP-XXXX instances were moved to a remote island ██ miles away from Chile. Site-97 was established on the island and has remained since then.
It is currently unknown how SCP-XXXX was never officially discovered by scientists prior to foundation captivity. Reproduction estimates project that within ten years there could more than twenty thousand if left unchecked which rules out scare populations as a reason for being undiscovered.

SCP-XXXX Species Details
SCP-XXXX instance's heads have a mouth extending from the head. Lined with teeth, it is similar to that of a snout. The upper section, lower section, and teeth are comprised of a bone like organic material that is extremely resistant to intense temperatures. The tongue, which commonly has a snake-like ending, is comprised of a fleshy material also resistant to temperature but must be regularly coated with salvia from SCP-XXXX instances to refrain from being damaged. Surgical removal of the extrusions will prevent the instance from igniting the hydrogen and methane gas, but the removal of the gas producing organ in its entirety is a more complete solution.
Indentations in the head allow its eyes to face forward similar to a canine's eye sockets. The eyes are covered by two separate eyelids similar to a feline while the eye itself is comparable to crocodiles. SCP-XXXX instances eyes can see in the infrared wavelength ranging to the ultraviolet wavelength providing superior vision. Dissection of the eyes reveals its secondary eyelid is heat resistant, thought to be used for protection when instances contest.
For male instances, a pair of horns protrudes from the rear section of the head connecting to the skull. The horns will usually grow in a curved fashion away from the head, though certain instances have had horn growth similar to a male cow's. It is theorized that these horns may be used by males to attract females, or ward off other males, but this is yet to be confirmed.
SCP-XXXX instances have four legs ending with a clawed foot used for grabbing, clawing, and climbing. The forward legs have a membrane connected to the chest region which is used for flight, gliding, and other uses. A tail, ending in a spike extends from the rear section of the instance which has been observed to be used as a tail rudder and defense weapon.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a Level 5 Containment Safe which quantumly locked. Anyone found attempting to access SCP-XXXX are to be interrogated and executed. In the event of a possible containment breach of SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX is to be removed from Site 19 and kept under guard by at least 30 agents during transit to a location that will be announced at the time. The same is to be done in a CK-Class end world event or by 05 orders.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a rectangular black box with a length of 12 inches, a width of 6 inches, and a height of 4 inches. SCP-XXXX weighs approximately 10 pounds and is made out of a smooth, indestructible metal that matches no known materials we are capable of producing. On top of SCP-XXXX is a button, and a keyhole. The Button is Neon Red with Black words printed on its top "Read Manual before using". On its right side, small white letters read "Keep out of reach of children".
SCP-XXXX-1 is an arming key that was found in SCP-XXXX during its acquirement by the foundation. SCP-XXXX-1 is made of the same material as SCP-XXXX but is white instead of black.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a manual for SCP-XXXX that was recovered with SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-2 is made of a paper-like material that cannot be damaged. The manual scales at 8.5 inches in width and eleven inches in height. The Cover page has pictures of multiple SCP within Foundation and a cartoon rendition of the earth with multiple cracks lining the surface. SCP-XXXX-2 has two pages that list instruction on how to arm SCP-XXXX and activate SCP-XXXX. On the backside of SCP-XXXX-2 is a string of 10 numbers followed by "Dimension ██████████████████". A short warning label is positioned at the bottom right corner of SCP-XXXX-2 saying "Warning: Use may cause planetary destruction or universe collapse. Please contact us with the number above to learn more." It is noted that no official identification of the manufacturer is present.
Addendum:
SCP-XXXX was recovered with SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 after it appeared on a 05 member's desk. After an initial evacuation of O5 members from ███████ due to the threat of a breach of security, SCP-XXXX was inspected by foundation personnel afterward. After multiple tests, researchers discovered that the box had a quantum signature different from the background one of our universes and is likely from a different universe. A different though less likely hypothesize is that SCP-XXXX was created in our universe using an unknown production process which affects quantum signatures.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: A twenty-four kilometer1 no man's land has been placed around SCP-XXXX and is to be monitored by drones and armed ground forces. Anyone attempting to enter the no man's land around SCP-XXXX is to be stopped, interrogated, and then is to be given Class A Amnestic. The airspace surrounding SCP-XXXX is to be monitored by Anti-Air installations and the area is to have a strict no-fly zone.
Anything attempting to leave SCP-XXXX through the no man's land is to be shot on identification. In the event of a catastrophic breach of SCP-XXXX, full military support by the Iraqi Military is to be used to contain SCP-XXXX. If SCP-XXXX is still unable to be contained, then, with permission from an O5 Council Member, a small nuclear device is to be used to temporarily contain SCP-XXXX to allow Foundation forces to re-establish a No man's land once again.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a city of varying size in the country of Iraq and is around seventy-three miles from Baghdad. SCP-XXXX is a dimensional focal point where multiple realities seem to converge. The reason for this phenomenon is currently unknown. The town is constantly changing dimensions and shapes due to the instability of reality in the area. The only type of realities that have been identified to appear in SCP-XXXX is realities in which a war is taking place, ranging from small to large scale. Note: A nuclear war has never taken place inside SCP-XXXX but remains a concern to the Foundation.
SCP-XXXX-1 are entities that appear within SCP-XXXX that are unaware of the dimensional instability and will only perceive other SCP-XXXX-1s from their reality. SCP-XXXX-1 is intangible and appears transparent and disappears from its conception in around twelve hours along with the rest of the SCP-XXXX-1s from their reality. They will only exist for twelve hours in our reality before disappearing.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a similar entity to SCP-XXXX-1 but with substantial differences, in the case of them being able to be aware of entities that exist in our reality and other realities. They are physical and are opaque compared to SCP-XXXX-1s. SCP-XXXX-2s exit our reality in around 48 hours compared to SCP-XXXX-1s 12 hours, even when SCP-XXXX-2's reality has closed with their reality's SCP-XXXX-1s. SCP-XXXX-2s are the only entities that have been recorded to leave SCP-XXXX and cross over the no man's land. Thier has been no recorded event of an SCP-XXXX-2 successfully crossing the No man's land and passing the Foundation blockade.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX was discovered by the US Air Force when they reported an Iraqi stronghold that was not marked on maps. Later investigations came to the conclusion that it was, in fact, a City and not a stronghold or military installation. The US Army investigated SCP-XXXX shortly after its discovery. After the reports from the US Army were intercepted, Foundation Operatives investigated SCP-XXXX and discovered its anomalous properties. Foundation Personnel had extreme difficulty securing the area due to the instability of the region resulting in the reported death of forty-three civilians, seventy-six Iraqi soldiers, and twelve US Soldiers.

Agents: [Classified]
Researchers: [Classified]
Purpose of Observation: To identify SCP-XXXX-2s and interrogate them.
Zone, subject to Observation: [Classified]
Results of Observation: An SCP-XXXX-2 was captured and interrogated. His knowledge was little to none on SCP-XXXX-2. After Dr. [Expunged] deemed that the SCP-XXXX-2 knew nothing of importance he terminated the SCP-XXXX-2.
Notes: Dr [Expunged] along with the four members of his team were found to suffer from Anthrax poisoning. The sector they investigated is believed to have been biologically attacked. All team members died shortly after returning from SCP-XXXX.
Incident Report
Date:08/19/20██
Events: A large blast of a magnitude comparable to an M.O.A.B detonating was registered on a Richter scale. Visual observation posts overlooking SCP-XXXX reporting that half of SCP-XXXX was incinerated. Approximately thirty seconds later, the destroyed section of SCP-XXXX reappeared, containing houses similar to 1950's American suburb style housing. Drone patrolling SCP-XXXX identified non-lethal Radiation emitted from the detonation point. Observers closest to SCP-XXXX were found to have a mild case of Radiation poisoning and were treated. All residual radiation from the detonation ceases to be detected on instruments after twelve hours from the detonation.
Notes:" The blast was green in composition; like they filled the warhead with Copper sulfate".
Major Incident Report
Date: 9/29/20██ - 9/30/20██
Events: Over three-hundred SCP-XXXX-2's were tracked moving towards the containment fence by multiple Aerial drones and multiple observation towers. Over five hundred Foundation personnel were dispatched with the Iraqi military placed on standby. From a distance, Foundation Personnel identified the equipment and clothing the group of SCP-XXXX-2's as Foundation gear. After giving Verbal commands to the SCP-XXXX-2s, the SCP-XXXX-2s surrendered their firearms. The Group of SCP-XXXX-2s was exhilarated to meet "other survivors". Upon explanation of the circumstance, they were concerned that they may be returned to their reality. After discussing with a member of the group which had a 04 ranking, it was learned that their reality was in a World Ending Scenario. Mass Containment failure of multiple SCP's has destroyed the western hemisphere and the Island which they refer to as Astor(which they later identified as Australia) had been completely removed from the face of the planet. After an uneventful day and a half, they were removed from our reality.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe (Thaumiel Pending)
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard issue Foundation safe object storage container and is to be placed wherever site administrators see fit. If SCP-XXXX is used by Foundation Personnel for emergency purposes then they are to be sedated after the threat has been contained.
In the Event of D-Class personnel somehow obtaining access to SCP-XXXX by Foundation personnel negligence or by unforeseen circumstances, then they are to be terminated unless specifically specified otherwise.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Machete of unknown origins but is assumed to have been made in somewhere in the Amazon. SCP-XXXX has a leather grip and a Steel blade with a serrated edge.
SCP-XXXX, when grabbed by the handle, will fuse the leather to the users skin2 in a apparently excruciatingly painful process. The user, after there hand is fused to the handle, will experience extreme undirected rage after about two seconds and if unprovoked and/or if the user did not recently have a traumatic experience, the user will begin to attack anyone that the user is aware of. If the user has experienced a traumatic before grabbing SCP-XXXX then the user will focus solely on killing the person or object responsible for that specific trauma-inducing event. If SCP-XXXX is grabbed without the user being aware of anyone around him3, then the user will display signs of paranoia and extreme nervousness and will call out for people in a sad tone.
SCP-XXXX will also make the user invincible for the duration of holding SCP-XXXX. Immune to bullets and being stabbed and etc, the user can kill with immunity until he is sedated. At the time it is unknown how SCP-XXXX protects the user from damage but it has been declared of great importance that the process is replicated.
If the user of SCP-XXXX is render unconscious or falls asleep SCP-XXXX will unfuse from the users hand. This is the only known way of stopping a user under the influence of SCP-XXXX

Discovery Log
The Foundation was first alerted to the existence of SCP-XXXX when a police officer began attacking people in a Court Room in █████████, Brazil. SCP-XXXX had made it's way to the court room after a man had used SCP-XXXX to kill approximately ██ people in a single day. The defendant had pleaded that SCP-XXXX had made him not in a right state of mind and told the officer to grab SCP-XXXX. After the police officer was shot 23 times and eventually tased, it was brought to the foundations attention and SCP-XXXX was recovered. Large scale Amnestics were administrated and the people killed were said to have been killed by a cartel that the foundation was aware of being nearby. The Cartel was eliminated by the foundation under the guise of being part of the Brazilian police force.
Incident Log
During the Escape of SCP-682 with the unintentional help of SCP-999 a Foundation guard was the first foundation guard to use SCP-XXXX to contain a SCP. Guard #████ or ███████,███████ after escaping from SCP-682 he grabbed SCP-XXXX and chased after SCP-682. ███████,███████ successfully injured SCP-682 to the point were SCP-682 was immobilized. ███████,███████ was found violently hacking at SCP-682 trying to kill it about thirty minutes after the breach. Security footage showed that SCP-682 had engaged in a ruthless fight with ███████,███████, SCP-682 throwing ███████,███████ against walls but unable to injure ███████,███████. Before ███████,███████ obtained SCP-XXXX he witnessed four other guard deaths which is the reason it is assumed he focused solely on SCP-682.
███████,███████ was sedated and moved to a medical facilty after SCP-682 was moved back to containment. It was considered that ███████,███████ should be removed for use of SCP-XXXX but was ultimately rejected for his single handed containment of SCP-682.
After these events, it has been considered that SCP-XXXX's object class should be upgraded to Thaumiel, but is still pending.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: Information concerning SCP-XXXX that may link the Foundation to the sinking of SCP-XXXX-1 will be traced and deleted. In the event that a non-foundation entity finds the wreckage, amnestics will be administrated to those involved. If the discovery becomes known to the populace it is to be claimed as a hoax and a misinformation campaign will commence.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a gas agent created by the Japanese during World War 2 that was stored in China. Files relating to SCP-XXXX have been burned following the defeat of Japan. The Foundation took interest in SCP-XXXX due to what Japanese scientists claimed its abilities were. Supposedly it was claimed that it had hallucinogenic properties making subjects lack fear or as others scientists claimed "to follow orders without question". Currently it is unknown what the true capabilities of the gas are but it is estimated to be deadly following the events of the sinking of SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a cargo ship, named Ourang Medan4 that was carrying SCP-XXXX to a decommissioned Foundation facility in North America. SCP-XXXX's SOS call was first picked up by Silver Star and the City of Baltimore. A explosion of unknown origins destroyed the ship after being investigated by the crews of Silver Star and City of Baltimore. It is currently unknown where SCP-XXXX-1 resides at the bottom of the ocean with SCP-XXXX but is thought to be somewhere in the strait of Malacca.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX was first classified as Thaumiel and excited Foundation personnel as it was first estimated that it could be a useful chemical for the foundation. After Foundation personnel heard the report from the Silver Star and the City of Baltimore they scraped this idea. According to the Silver Star and the City of Baltimore, the crew were found dead on there backs "there eyes and mouths opened staring upwards". Foundation personnel found this report as evidence for reclassifying SCP-XXXX as Euclid and not Thaumiel. Numerous expeditions were sent to find SCP-XXXX-1 but none have located the ship as its location where it sank is unknown.
The Scientists who first made claims about SCP-XXXX were found dead in there cells. One of the scientists killed another scientist before killing himself and others were found dead under "mysterious circumstances".
Due to the American Army first discovering the chemical a "unconventional" deal was made with the American Government. They would give the foundation the chemicals if all information discovered on SCP-XXXX would be later handed to the U.S Government. This information was supposed to be used to create MK-ULTRA but since SCP-XXXX-1 sank the program was postponed. This information is sensitive and is not to be openly discussed.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a Standard Issue Foundation cell with the addition of the walls being covered Starlite. The cell's door is to not be opened until the cell has been sufficiently cooled to a temperature below 30(ºF) to make SCP-XXXX inactive. SCP-XXXX is not to be touched or be allowed to touch Foundation personnel as doing so will result in serious injury or death.
In the rare event of a breach involving SCP-XXXX all measures must be taken to cool the facility such as air conditioning and fire sprinklers. Fire extinguishers can be used against SCP-XXXX to limited effect but should not be considered the a way to stop SCP-XXXX. If available Liquid nitrogen is a effect countermeasure against SCP-XXXX and should be used cautiously.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a female child of hebrew descent between the age of 12 and 15. SCP-XXXX experiences no sign of age and is estimated with historical reports to be close to 35-40 years old from the first sighting. SCP-XXXX is covered in severe burns with certain parts of its body charred. SCP-XXXX has multiple gunshot wounds and cut marks on various parts of its body. SCP-XXXX also emanates low amounts of radiation but not at deadly levels but prolonged exposure could be dangerous.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX has on multiple occasions killed Foundation staff,a multitude of D-Class personnel, and over 700 recorded civilians when not in Foundation custody. SCP-XXXX has been known to produce temperatures of over 5000 degrees (ºF) when hostile.
Item #: SCP-2304
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2304 must be contained in a standard Containment cell with a metal frame bed. SCP-2304 must wear handcuffs at all times and is not allowed to raise its hands above its waste line when outside its cell. SCP-2304 may raise its hands when in its cell when personnel are not present. If SCP-2304 raises its hands outside its cell it has a maximum of five seconds to lower its hands if warned before being fired upon. SCP-2304 may make requests for items but must be reviewed by a superior for authorization.
Description: SCP-2304 is a white-caucasian 23 year old male named Mark ████████. SCP-2304 contains the ability to transport most materials (excluding radioactive materials) to a random terrestrial location with no known limits on range. It appears to only be able to transport items when its hands point at the object. It is unknown at this time why it has to raise its hands to use this ability. SCP-2304 has burn marks around its wrists and calf that indicate third degree burns. Before containment SCP-2304 was an architect working for the city it resided in. SCP-2304 generally is compliant with SCP personnel and has no on record escape attempts. It seems SCP-2304 can control when an object will return but has a hard time selecting where it will transport to. Also a final note, SCP-2304 has a difficult time transporting items larger than a car.
Addendum: SCP-2304 was first discovered when an unknown object entered the atmosphere on ██/██/20██ and crashed near the town ██████,CA at 12:07 PM. The containment task force "Maz Hatters" were never able to recover the object as when it crashed it disappeared. The object crashed in a field behind SCP-2304's house which lead to the search of SCP-2304 for interrogation. SCP-2304 was not found until the following morning at 6:48 when the a SCP patrol found it on the side of the road unconscious.
When it was approached SCP-2304 awoke violently as described by witnesses. SCP-2304 had a gunshot in its lower left rib and in its left shoulder. Two members of the patrol approached SCP-2304 telling it to place its hands behind its head. According to witnesses SCP-2304 raised it hands and pointed at the two SCP personnel causing them to disappear5. SCP-2304 collapsed to the ground falling unconscious once again. The remaining SCP patrol member called for reinforcement before approaching SCP-2304 again.
It is generally assumed SCP-2304 gained its abilities from the object thats crashed. It is unclear why SCP-2304 was shot two times and who shot SCP-2304 and where the object that crashed is currently, as SCP-2304 has no reconciliation of the twenty-four hours in which all this occurred.

Analysis: SCP-2304 can control the amount of time passed between dematerialization and rematerialisation. SCP-2304 cannot control effectively where it will reappear.
Test B - Date ██/██/20██
Subject: SCP-2304
Procedure: Was seated at a metal table with a piece of uranium covered in a lead sheet. The uranium was also chipped for later recovery. SCP-2304 was instructed to transport the item to the antarctic away from populations. No set time was given
Results: SCP-2034 transported the lead sheet but not the uranium. Foundation Personnel and SCP-2304 were removed from the chamber to prevent exposure. The lead sheet was not found.
Analysis: SCP-2304 cannot transport radioactive material.
CELL OBSERVATION LOGS
12:07 am: SCP-2304 was observed drawing a Completely black figure with white eyes on the date ██/██/20██ .6
8:45 AM: SCP-2304 was observed transporting a piece of paper. He appeared frustrated as it never reappeared. It is assumed that he was trying to learn how to transport objects were he selects. He was reprimanded for transporting items without observations. He has conceded to not transporting items.

Item #: SCP-2303
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2303 must be contained in a radiation proof fishtank to decrease chance of radiation leak. Water for SCP-2303 specimens must be changed every 1-6 hours to prevent radiation overdose. Each species of SCP-2303 must be placed in different tanks if violent towards one another. Only specialized personnel should be allowed to use SCP-2303 specimens for experimentation. Radiation suits must be worn when moving SCP-2303 specimens. If a specimens are terminated for any reason, its corpse must follow the "Contaminated Material Disposal Protocols 12" to avoid serious contamination.
SCP-2303-B Specimens must be handled by specialists only. DO NOT touch either types of SCP-2303 specimens without gloves. If no specialists are present in emergency SCP authorizes termination without completing the "Contaminated Material Disposal Protocols 12. Note: This emergency procedure is only allowed if no other option is available.
Contaminated Material Disposal Protocols 12
Date created:3/10/19██
Last Updated:██/██/20██Procedures:If the SCP is contaminated or irradiated and cannot be cleansed the SCP must be placed in a incinerator that will be in most facilities. The ashes must be placed in a lead capsule and buried in a designated location. If you are unaware of where to bury it please speak to a supervisor or specialist for directions.
Description:
SCP-2303 specimens are a rare side effect caused by the meltdown in Fukushima Daiichi on 3/11/2011 were irradiated fish near the blast were unaffected by radiation. In a unknown side effect, the fish now produce radiation at dangerous levels. They were deemed to hazardous to be left in the ocean as it creates a high chance of contaminating the food supply. As of ██/██/20██ around 460 specimens ranging from different species have been caught. The most common is the species "Oxyurichthys microlepis" having 154 specimens collected.
SCP-2303-A specimens will usually glow a translucent green that has been described as "unsettling" or "stressful". It is unknown at the time how these fish developed this ability and is being researched into. These fish seem to have a unusual effect where other fish will tend to avoid them. In certain circumstances it appears certain fish are attracted more to them but there's a ██% chance of this occurring.
Certain SCP-2303 specimen classified as SCP-2303-B glows a greenish blue and produce the most radiation making them the most deadly. There is about ██ in containment, all recovered between 3/11/2011 to ██/██/20██. It is currently unknown why this fish have been affected this way but they cannot be stored with SCP-2303-A as SCP-2303-A dies for no apparent reason.
Addendum: Fisherman who have caught these fish are usually given class-D amnestics if they learn to much about the foundation. Most fisherman who catch SCP-2303 can usually be convinced it is a rare protected fish and that the foundation (under a front name) will take the fish to be reintroduced back to the wild. There have been two reported fatalities from SCP-2303 from over exposure and eating SCP-2303.
A third specimen of SCP-2303 classified as SCP-2303-C was found. There has only been one discovered as yet. It appears this specimen of SCP-2303 does not produce radiation but absorbs it and neutralizes it. It is unknown why this specimen was affected in this way and why there is only one of this type of SCP-2303 but it is clear for the implications of this fish for developing radiation neutralizing equipment.
SCP-2303-C handling Instructions:SCP-2303-C may be touched with bare skin but for limited amounts of time. Do not recommend holding SCP-2303-C unless absolutely necessary. SCP-2303-C is one of the top priorities for movement in emergencies as the implications it presents are great.
SCP-2303-C died of natural causes on ██/██/20██. As upon death the abilities it held were no longer active and cannot be studied further.
