Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: the document is to be kept in a secure vault between two pieces of bullet-proof glass in a hermetic vacuum environment.

Description: The object is an extremely old and worn out list of paper. Carbon analysis suggests that the object dates back to the early 3rd century A.D. The text it contains is written in Sanskrit. It is a declaration of 'eternal peace' between the major centers of power and groups of people. Most of the text is impossible to make out due to the parchment being 63% worn out or destroyed. The most damaged part of the parchment is what appears to be a folding line in the middle. Two halves of the parchment are held on an extremely fragile 5 millimeters long untorn part on the folding line.

The translated parts of the text goes as follows:

" … who declare this agreement of eternal truth:

Marcus Clavicus of Rome, the civilized people of the West and all those who will consider themselves descendants to their might and glory and…

Zhuo Zeng He of the peoples oh Han, Wukoku and Goguryeo and all those who will consider themselves descendants to their might and glory and…

…* (name is worn out) of the people of Venedi and many peoples who dwell in the forests of the north, settle the vast plains and ride across the endless steppes and all those who will consider themselves descendants to this proud heritage and descend from our bloodlines.

Vasudeva of the many peoples of Baharat and all those who will consider themselves descendants to their might and glory and recognize our heritage as part of their own.

…* (name is worn out) of the peoples of Shem* (probably refers to the Semitic people) …

Eon of Aksum and peoples of the vast deserts, plains and rainy forest of …

*huge peace of text is destroyed*

… we declare this sacred bong, stating that none of us is above the other and damned will be those…

… wars can not be stopped but none will be able to destroy…

… and may the Gods watch over this treaty…

… until the Earthly matter of this document is held together…

… and our descendants have the wisdom to know this simple truth by themselves and live by it…

… and if our descendants do not obtain the wisdom may they be destroyed by the power of Gods or by each others hands…"

It is unknown is this document possesses any power to be considered an anomaly. However the history of observing this document points out that the text of the paper may be true.

Brief history of the document:

The history of the document from the point when it was written and up to the time when it was found (██.██.1912) by the British explorers in the temple of ███████ in the North of India. The paper was still in good condition but wasn't researched immediately and sent to Britain, whereupon its arrival in Britain the document was soon badly damaged by professor ███████'s dog on June 27, 1914.

In the 30es the document was even more damaged during the fire in ██████████████ University in the cabinet of professor █████████.

It is unknown if the events that occurred almost simultaneously with the damaging of the document are correlated, but due to there being no feasible way to determine the existence of such correlation the document must be kept safe and secure for as long as it is possible to keep the remaining two parts of the document together and ensure that it is contained in safe environment under the specially designed conditions.
