Hair Shirt Judge

"Self-Harm Hair Shirt"
Celice (hair shirt worn for the purposes of self-abuse, usually as a means to atone for something) created at the Carlisle Indian Industrial School.

SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties are exhibited when worn by someone who has been convicted of a crime within the parameters of a societal judicial system. The system by which a person is judged appears to be one based on Old Testament Judaism, with certain morality-based crimes judged harsher than any federally-mandated crime. If a person has commited multiple crimes, the most recent crime tends to be the one judge, not the harshest of crimes commited. The shirt has shown signs of sentience

Over time, SCP-XXXX causes discomfort for the wearer, and cannot be removed until the shirt itself is convinced that the wearer had attoned for their sins. The psychological link between the shirt and wearer is unknown at this time. Full atonement comes when the wearer has worn the shirt for a time pre-selected by the shirt (times relating to certain crimes can be found in Document _-). During the time of atonement, the shirt and it's wearer become virtually indestructible. Tests with fire, explosives, and radoactive materials have resulted in no damage to the shirt or it's captive. This seems to be a protective measure of the shirt to ensure the wearer accepts full punishment.

While the accused is wearing the shirt, the hairs present will insert themselves into the closest available hair folicle. Each hair becomes interwoven with he folicle, digging into the skin, and [DATA EXPUNGED] leads to hair loss in the immediate area. Test subjects who have commited serious crimes have passed out from the pain caused by the shirt, but, once revived, continue to be tortured until their designated time expires. Through testing, the shirt has yet to directly kill anyone (see Test 6666-21)

The cilice was created from the hair of , a student of the school, for use as a common punishment tool. Previous members of the school had similar objects made for them using, but due to the anomolous properties of the object, SCP-XXXX was held on to by the headmaster __ for use on problematic students.

Test: Subject D-12564, a _ year-old convicted of murder was placed in SCP-6666's containment cell and instructed to put on the shirt. Due to severity of the crime, the anomalous properties of the shirt were to manifest for ___ hours, as recorded in previous tests. __ hours into the test, D12564 went into cardiac arrest, and after repeated atempts to revive him was pronounced dead. At that time the shirt did not detatch itself from D-12564. __ minutes later, D-12564 began breathing again, then started screaming [DATA EXPUNGED], and continued to undergo punishment until the shirt detatched itself __ hours later.

Traffic Switch

During the early morning hours, a portal opens up on a stretch of highway that transports you to the opposite side of the road. Foundation discovered after a rash of car accident involving head-to-head colissions. Containment involves two D-class personnel disguised as a police officer and civilian, who are pulled over in front of the anomaly.

"Club Stamp"
Hand stamp that, monthly, transports the wearer to a club where they're tortured for the leasure of the other-worldly creatures that inhabit it. Given by a doorman/hologram at the entrance to an abandoned warehouse disguised to look like a hipster bar.

Other ideas:
The mask of Gerry Cheevers (NHL hockey goalie, known for being the first to use decals (in this case, Sharpied stitches) to accessorize his mask)
Varioation on the Cha Cha Slide: memetically forces you to do the dance, and randomly changes the lyrics once in the song. Whatever the lyrics are changed to (brush your teeth, set the building on fire, etc) all subjects perform willingly with glee, as though its another dance move.
Whenever you're within range of this person, all you can see is what the SCP sees.
The Highlanders of Keatchie, Louisiana ("The DeSoto Parish Police Jury gave the Keatchie Highlanders $1500 to organize their contingent. They were known for their unusual dress, kilts and plaids, purchased with these funds. One account reported that the Union was on the run by the time they got to Mansfield on April 8th, 1864." Could be eternal warriors who go where they're needed in times of war.)

Twinsville

Containment: 17 and 23 are kept at a site due to Keter-class event upon communicating with each other. Keep in mind a big city has lots of twins. How do we keep them from talking if big bad shit happens when they do?

When a new instance of 3232 is born,
T, O__ hosts more than a normal amount of twins. 1 in 5 households who have naturally conceived children within the past 23 years have a set of twins. Each set (labelled 3232-x) has a special method of communication (henceforth known as "language") shared between the two (labelled 3232-xA and 3232-xB), but not shared amongst other iterations of 3232. One set of 3232 can, however, successfully communicate in it's own language to another set. During this communication each instance of 3232 speaks in unison; the content of the communications is generally random nonsensical words within their language (ex: "Graft tingles warbird sun mistake aquifer tome clay bark amber"). Through unknown means, the receiving set understands what has been said, and replies in kind.

Table of Different Kinds of 3232 Shared Communications
12 - Omani sign language.
34 - Waggle dance, traditionally performed by members of the Apis genus
57 - German, spoken backwards
61 - Morse code, with a vocalization of "bum" for dots and "beed" for dashes
88 - Quotes from the 2007 American film There Will Be Blood
