Prof. Diagon

(This is my first SCP attempt, apologies if I deserve to drown in a pool of SCP-666½-J for creating this. Please recommend improvements if you see anything wrong with this. Thank you.)

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 15³m containment cell with SCP-XXXX-B with it at all times, with ample provisions supplied to SCP-XXXX-B. If SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX-B request to leave their cell, it is expected that they will be allowed to leave together, albeit with at least one guard with them at all times. SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-B are NOT to be separated without SCP-XXXX-B's consent, and no aggressiveness or excessive force is to be displayed to SCP-XXXX-B under any circumstances.

Description: SCP-XXXX (referred to as "Jojo" by SCP-XXXX-B) is a well-worn blue and white teddy bear 8 inches tall and 5 inches wide with a tattered right "hand", though this is not to be tampered with for any purpose. SCP-XXXX-B is a seemingly normal, average-weight 12 year old human boy. SCP-XXXX is seemingly normal and non-sapient, until separated from SCP-XXXX-B. If separated, SCP-XXXX will become sentient and walk on two legs, asking anything living nearby "where Grant is" in a distressed state. If SCP-XXXX-B is deliberately assaulted in any way by another sentient organism/object, physically, mentally, or emotionally, SCP-XXXX will, regardless of circumstances, break containment by unknown means (no signs of escape are found aside from SCP-XXXX's absence), reach SCP-XXXX-B within one second regardless of distance by unknown means, and proceed to attack and [DATA EXPUNGED] SCP-XXXX-B's assailant. Regardless of however SCP-XXXX is contained or how defended the assailant is, SCP-XXXX will always reach them, and [DATA EXPUNGED] them while remaining unharmed. It is unknown what SCP-XXXX does to the body of the assailant, but a trace never remains. SCP-XXXX is noted to be invulnerable to all forms of assault during this state. SCP-XXXX will only return to peaceful non-sapience when picked up by an unthreatened SCP-XXXX-B. It is unknown what gives SCP-XXXX any of these properties, as it appears to consist of normal teddy bear material. SCP-XXXX-B was later brought in for questioning regarding SCP-XXXX.

Interviewed: SCP-XXXX-B

Interviewer: Researcher Angles

<Begin Log, [00.21.96]>

Angles: SCP-XXXX-B, we've called you here for a few questions, that alright?

SCP-XXXX-B: Okay…

Angles: When did SCP-XXXX, or "Jojo" as you call it, begin to show its anomalous properties?

SCP-XXXX-B: Well, some bully started beating me up for having my teddy bear at school when I was nine, and he threw Jojo over the fence. After that, he started punching me. From there, it's mostly a blur, but I remember Jojo coming back up with my backpack, charging the bully, and [DATA EXPUNGED] [DATA EXPUNGED] [DATA EXPUNGED] him.
Angles: I see. Does Jojo do anything anomalous around you?
SCP-XXXX-B: Not unless someone's trying to hurt me.
Angles: Interesting. Thank you for your time, SCP-XXXX-B.
<End Log, 00.96.39>

Closing Statement: Both SCP-XXXX-B and Researcher Angles leave the room.

Addendum: It is theorized that when SCP-XXXX-B dies, SCP-XXXX may consider all life SCP-XXXX-B's assailant. If this hypothesis is true, in the event of SCP-XXXX-B's death, SCP-XXXX is to be destroyed as close to SCP-XXXX-B's death as possible, only slightly prior to the heartbeat stopping, by means of a stick of dynamite. If SCP-XXXX cannot be destroyed and becomes hostile after SCP-XXXX-B's death, it is to be considered Keter-class, placed in a 1x1x1m containment cell composed of the strongest accessible material at the time, and guarded by 5 guards at all times.

(I am relatively afraid that this SCP is too powerful, or that more bear SCPs are currently unwanted.)
