Let's go ahead and start populating this tomorrow. Remember, Rev. Toss in a template first, get the rating module in early, make all references to "SCP-XXXX" clearly visible so you don't forget to edit them, get a REAL title for this thing ("township" won't cut it), and please, for the love of Gog, no matter how much you may think it will fit, leave the black boxes and redactions out.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: An area of approximately 15km radius around SCP-XXXX is to be surrounded by a low voltage security fence. Public roads accessing SCP-XXXX are to be gated and manned by two (2) security personnel at all times. An additional on-site response team consisting of ten (10) security personnel are to be patrolling the perimeter by jeep on service roads constructed for this purpose. Signage warning of soil contamination and use of phytoremediation to be posted along fence at 50m intervals. Power interruptions through fence are to be investigated by on-site security personnel. Individuals found inside the Yellow Zone are to be escorted off site and turned over to local law enforcement for criminal trespass in the second degree. Individuals found inside the Yellow Zone during an Alpha Alteration Event or inside the Red Zone at any time are to be classified as additional instances of SCP-XXXX-1, and are to be integrated within the current population of SCP-XXXX.
Any instances of SCP-XXXX-2 found inside the Yellow Zone, or outside the confines of the perimeter fence are to be brought back to SCP-XXXX-1. Any resistance to being returned to SCP-XXXX is to be met with appropriate countermeasures, with deadly force authorized if deemed necessary by response team.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the designation given to the town of ███████████, New York. SCP-XXXX is the collective designation given to the population of SCP-XXXX (currently XXXX-1-001 through XXXX-1-132, as of 12 February, 20██). The town and inhabitants appear non-anomalous when viewed without any alterations to vision. When viewed through any other artificial means (contacts, glasses, pictures, binoculars, video, or any other means that puts another medium between the viewer's eyes and SCP-XXXX), SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties manifest. When viewed through such means, the structures of SCP-XXXX take on a different appearance and geometries, as simple as one wall being offset by 2°, or as complex as the entire structure appearing to be rotated upon multiple axes at several points. Interactions with the structures of SCP-XXXX appear not to be affected by how the region is being viewed, with individuals able to enter and leave a building seemingly at will through the same means, regardless of how it may appear through separate medium.
