Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained through the reading of the instructions included within this document and the completion of procedure 76-Greenwhich. Failure to complete procedure 76-Greenwhich upon reading this document should be reported to your supervisor, so that another researcher may begin containment. Should procedure 76-Greenwhich fail for any reason, the Special Containment Procedures will be revised. Please be warned; failure to read this document within one hour will result in harsh measures.

Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is an anomalous audio-media clip of a middle-aged male’s voice. When listened to by any individual, the clip will explain how the listener will die, in graphic detail. Exactly two hours later, bar any intervention, the listener will have died in the same way as described in the recording. More than one person cannot listen to SCP-XXXX-1 at a time, with listener A hearing the recording as usual, while listener B only hears static. The effects will carry out as usual for Listener A, while listener B will be completely unaffected. Playing the clip again for listener B will begin its effects as per usual.

SCP-XXXX-1 has appeared in the past within various forms of media, including visual media, where it is accompanied by a static visual effect. The audio clip may be recorded onto another device, effectively cloning the SCP and it’s effect. It is unknown how many SCP-XXXX-1 recordings currently exist worldwide. However, procedure 76-Greenwhich has been 100% effective in negating the effects of the SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX-2 appears to be a young female, approx. █ - ██ years of age. SCP-XXXX-2 carries out the murder of the subject, and then vanishes at the second the of death. SCP-XXXX-2 appears extremely decomposed, is missing her right eye, appears to have numerous cuts across her wrists, seemingly self-inflicted, and laughs constantly throughout her attacks. SCP-XXXX-2 is incapable of being seen on camera feeds, producing only static, and so can only be seen through human observation. SCP-XXXX-2 has not been seen during testing since the implementation of Procedure 76-Greenwhich.

The master version of SCP-XXXX-1 was discovered in an abandoned, burnt down house in Greenwich, England. The home belonged to a man and his daughter, who were killed when the house suffered an inexplicable fire. During testing, it has been concluded that the newest copy overrides all recordings. Instead of a listener being randomly chosen, the victim will always be the one whom listened to the newest copy of the master version. Using this, the master copy was taken and put onto this document, creating procedure 76-Greenwhich.

This means that a six year old in Singapore doesn’t accidentally change the channel on TV and is rewarded a ghost girl popping up and force-feeding his bowels to him. We have stopped this, and will continue to stop this. All you have to do is hear out the tape.

Please remember:

• SCP-XXXX-1 has a slight chance of causing anxiety or panic attacks in individuals who have psychological disorders. This is not an anomalous effect. Please be aware that counselling is immediately available to anyone affected in this way.
• SCP-XXXX-1 has not harmed anyone since the instigation of Procedure 76-Greenwhich. The procedure has been 100% successful.
• SCP-XXXX-1 will cause you alarm. It will cater to whatever the listener is most afraid of and exploit it. There will be no repercussions from what it says, however.
