Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2470 is to be watched every 30 minutes by cameras and no less then 2 should enter a time SCP-2470 is not very hostile until a containment breach and then SCP-2470 gets hostile and will use human weapons please get approval from a level 3 or higher personal SCP-2470 can get quite hostile if it feels threatened and will let out a paralysing sound that can kill,stun,faint and annoy the victims and will take the tool/weapons to use when in combat

Description: SCP-2470 is a humanoid and more human then creature and its body is very similar to a humans if a breach accrues it will become hostile if need usually to threats like MTF guards or any threat but likes to interact with people and talk to them about life and stories
SCP-2470 likes to interact with some of the other SCP's (SCP-2133) and have conversations with the SCP's. and if personal/SCP die that knew SCP-2470, SCP-2470 would change and cry like a human and when he's changed everything goes back to normal SCP-2470 was discovered in USA California 1992 SCP-2470 can be used to guide some SCP's back into their cages.
