Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is located at Site-13 in Sector-██ in a container 3.5m x 5m with a window and 3 armchairs + a special armchair with "Ties" on it to prevent any unwanted movement inside its CC. SCP-XXXX is in the special armchair to the North side of the CC being interviewed by max 3 other people. All personnel must make sure that the SCP-XXXX hasn't got too much Sugar or too much Flour in its body, to prevent any possible breaches.
Following steps to recontain SCP-XXXX
Requirements: 2x Sugar bags, 3kg of salt.
Procedure: Mix sugar bags with salt, inserting about 3kg of salt into the sugar bags. Then place the bags close to the SCP-XXXXs location. It will immediately leap upon the bag, attempting to consume it. Once it consumes the sugar mixed with salt, it will successfully be weakened and returned to its "Sugar Phase" this process takes about 30 minutes to perform, however, it's the only way known to date to stop SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX Is a humanoid which is in an early state of decomposition and does not seem to change, it is currently ██ years old as its answer stated. It was first located in 199█ in Russia, ██████. During its freedom it managed to kill exactly eleven (11) people from the village, because of its "Flour Phase", luckily SCP-XXXX found sugar in one of the houses of the village, making it smart but weak as usual. It was found 2 days later by ██████ ███ and moved to Site-13. Personnel under level 3 clearance are strictly forbidden to lead any communication with SCP-XXXX.

It is usually referred to as "The Powder Monster" because of its unique attribute which makes it dangerous. If SCP-XXXX gets too much sugar in its body, it becomes smarter but weaker making it unable to move or produce any motion at all, if it gets too smart it can make objects levitate/control them with some sort of "Telekinesis Power" which researchers are trying to get an answer from SCP-XXXX about how it's able to use that power. However each time someone asked this question, SCP-XXXX answered with completely different answers each time they tried to ask it. This process is called "Sugar Phase". SCP-XXXX can answer almost anything questioned to it, if its sugar levels are too high, it can sense if someone is lying to it, making it a lot harder for Personnel to get right answers. As of now, it is the smartest living thing found to date. But that could be quickly changed with flour. If SCP-XXXX consumes too much flour, it will change into a powerful monster but will get a lot dumber, this process is called "Flour Phase". If it rages out in its "Sugar Phase" he can be hurt with salt, even though the damage will not be permanent,
it stated that consuming salt feels like molten iron on a tongue. After that, it will refuse to speak for the next 10-20 minutes. That forces the test to end. It is safe to be in its Containment Chamber if it's in its "Sugar Phase" however if it's in its "Flour Phase" it is completely forbidden to be in its Containment Chamber due to a high risk of getting injured or even dying. To recover it from its "Flour Phase" it requires quite a bit of sugar. Recontaining it can be either hard or easy.

Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Doctor ████ █████
Foreword: SCP-XXXX Has been asked a few questions by interviewer Doctor ████ █████.
SCP-XXXX Most likely had aggressive mood as it threatened to kill Doctor █████ but the test > quickly ended by SCP-XXXX consuming salt.
<Begin Log>
Dr.█████: "Greetings. May I ask you a few questions?"
SCP-XXXX: "Only if you give me sugar or flour, ████"
Dr.█████: "I am afraid I cannot do that."
SCP-XXXX: "Why so, ████ █████?"
Dr.█████: "It would end badly for both of us."
SCP-XXXX: "If you won't, I will not answer."
Dr █████ opens a closet with salt, flour and sugar and takes out the salt.
SCP-XXXX: "Please, put the salt back, okay?"
Dr.█████: "So will you answer the questions or not?"
SCP-XXXX: "Fine."
Dr.█████: "So, what is your name before you became this?"
SCP-XXXX: "It was ███ ████████"
Dr.█████: "Interesting."
SCP-XXXX: "Can you please place the salt back?"
Dr.█████ comes to the closet and places the salt back.
SCP-XXXX: "Thank you."
Dr.█████: "No problem."
Dr.█████ clears throat and says: "Back to the questions then.."
Dr.█████ "When was I born?"
SCP-XXXX: "19██ Of course. March ██th ██:██"
Dr.█████ looks a bit shocked.
Dr.█████: Umm, well that's correct.
SCP-XXXX suddenly starts to scream- "GIVE ME SUGAR! NOW!"
Dr.█████ goes to the closet and takes out salt.
SCP-XXXX: "THAT IS NOT SUGAR! I WANT SUGAR! NOW!!!"
*Dr.█████ opens SCP-XXXXs mouth and pours a spoonful of salt in.*
SCP-XXXX Starts to scream in pain attempting to shaking its body but its too weak to stand > up. SCP-XXXX: "NO, AGHHH YOU DONT KNOW HOW THIS FEELS! YOU [REDACTED]! IF I > GET OUT OF HERE I AM GOING TO [REDACTED] YOU, YOU [REDACTED]!!! I KNOW WHERE YOU > LIVE, YOU CANNOT HIDE FROM MY POWER. DIE IN HELL! I WILL WEAR YOU LIKE A SKIN COAT!
Dr.█████ leaves the room and closes the door behind him, ending the interview.
<End Log>

CLOSING STATEMENT: The tests that day did not go as planned, SCP-XXXX started to act > aggressively against Doctor █████ due to having a bad mood, it was acting aggressively even > before the tests started, screaming at the Personnel outside of its CZ to give it sugar.

Addendum A-1: On the ██rd, May 20██ SCP-XXXX managed to break out of its containment because of Flour overdose, CCTV footage has proven that SCP-XXXX hid its advanced "Flour Phase" when guards came into its CZ, then it walked to the closet and consumed a large amount of flour. During that time it managed to break the door off its cell and managed to escape its Containment Cell, shortly after it badly injured a researcher ███ ███████ which then almost died due to severe injuries caused by SCP-XXXX, After that 3 MTF units got 2 full bags of sugar mixed with salt and placed them close to Sector-█. After SCP-XXXX consumed the "Mix" SCP-XXXX suffered extreme pain with no long termed effects and slowly but surely returned into its "Sugar Phase" it was recontained successfully into another cell and is now kept at Sector-██.
