Special Containment Procedures: Unmarked Foundation UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters are to fly around SCP-XXXX-1 at a range of 50 once every week. MTF H-96 "The Trappers" are to fly towards SCP-XXXX-1 once every month. This is to ensure that SCP-XXXX-2 cannot leave the perimeter of SCP-XXXX-1 and expand the size of SCP-XXXX-1. All pictures of the SCP are to be immediately taken down from the internet, as well as providing a cover story that the pictures were a leak of the set for the upcoming western action motion picture "Tall Tales from the Wild, Wild West". Additionally, all commercial airlines are to be redirected out of the airspace above SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a small desert town located within [REDACTED] county, Arizona. SCP-XXXX houses five different SCPs, designated SCP-XXXX-1 through SCP-XXXX-5. SCP-XXXX-1 is the town itself, known to it's inhabitants as Night Vale, along with the 10 meter area that surrounds SCP-XXXX-1. In this area, every event that occurs is different from the rest of the world. See the anomalous event reports for details. SCP-XXXX-1 changes any matter inside of it at random. Residents have been known to have multiple heads, houses that should be there have no mass to accompany the hologram like exterior, etc.
SCP-XXXX-2 consists of SCP-XXXX-2-A and SCP-XXXX-2-B. SCP-XXXX-2-A are humanoid entities, dresses in uniforms consistent of the Pheonix, Arizona deputy standard uniform, with the exception that the shirt of the uniform being tan, instead of the smokey gray color, aswell as wearing short capes, tight leather balaclavas, and blowdart chest belts. It also seems that, instead of an aluminum/steel alloy baton commonly found being used by American law enforcement, they use short, steel daggers for personal defence. They differ from normal humans from the fact that they are all 2.1844 meters (7 feet 2 inches) in height, as well as being abnormally strong and having 0% body fat. They also have no need for food, water, or sleep, as they have been found patroling for months on end, with no change in their effectiveness. SCP-XXXX-2-B are blue MH-6 Little Bird helicopters. The only difference are the helicopters are much bigger than standard MH-6s, and they are made up of titanium, in stead of the normal aluminum. This should make the helicopters much slower, but it doesn't seem to effect the speed of the helicopter what so ever. These helicopters are to be assaulted by MTF H-96 once every month or when the number of SCP-XXXX-2-A reaches 100, and the amount of SCP-XXXX-2-B reaches 50.
SCP-XXXX-3 is the radio station "Welcome to Night Vale". The radio station often makes absurd statements pertaining the town. It has stated that a portal opened in the town and taranadons escaped from the portal, a dog park opening where no dogs or humans are allowed, book have "stopped working", etc. We have sent in Doctor Scott Kenway into the area, along with doctors Galen, Smit, Kleptic, and John. They have been named Doctor Carlos, Doctor Whelan, Doctor Jamesson, Doctor Snell, and Doctor Nordstrom respectively. They have confirmed the fact that "books have stopped working" from the fact that all books in SCP-XXXX-1 had started to spark, started to eat people, started to make poison gas, etc. Also, SCP-XXXX-3 constantly refers to SCP-XXXX-2 as "Secret Police", even though they broadcast in the hopes that all residents of SCP-XXXX-1 are listening to the radio.
SCP-XXXX-4 are hooded figures that roam around in the dog park in SCP-XXXX-1. Any and all people that try to talk to SCP-XXXX-4 are met with static, increasing in volume until all witnesses are either killed or leave the area. They have also been known to walk towards the SCP-XXXX-3 broadcast building. Any and all SCP-XXXX-4 that leave the area are to be eliminated on sight.
SCP-XXXX-5 are angelic figures similar in size and body type to SCP-343. When SCP-343 was questioned about this, he simply stood up from his chair, and walked through the wall towards his Containment Chamber, and concluded the interview. SCP-XXXX-5 are allowed to leave the perimeter of SCP-XXXX-1, as we have no possible way to contain them.
