SCP-XXXX: SCP-XXXX

Keter Class: Keter

Special Containment Containing Procedures:

Descriptive Description: SCP-XXXX

1. A sandwich that was developed by a dictator in a third world country to educate and feed its citizens and condition them through subtle propaganda. The sandwich duplicated itself rapidly, and after the death of the dictator, it lost its propaganda tool purpose. It eventually took over the world by storm and due to its sheer number, the sandwich made people use pleonasms and antitheses when they turned rotten.

2. A random PoI creates a viral meme that make people perceive Sealand where it isn't in government documents, newspapers, and it even replaces national anthems. It creates chaos, anarchy, and confusion within the world. The king of Sealand has nothing to do with this and even opposes what the PoI did. Eventually in a letter sent from the future, it is revealed that Sealand becomes a world superpower thanks to accidental imports, annexations, and trade relations.

3. The Foundation discovers the replacement of SCP codenames with funny and weird titles within Series IV. They eventually realize that on their own, they can't do anything to stop its spread. In a desperate manner, they create "Objective: Cleanpost" which aims to locate who is responsable behind this catastrophy. Meanwhile, they aim to hide these aforementioned codenames.

RP Stuff

Name: Jacques Cendres

Affiliation: Foundation (former Prometheus Labs)

Role: Nuclear/Quantum Physicist, Senior Researcher

Played By: SpookyPizzaSpookyPizza

Phys. Description: Jacques, compared to his giant coworkers, is relatively short, only measuring 1.67m. He possesses an above average muscular build that has started to wear off following the end of World War II. Jacques has several scars, including several bullet holes in his arms and legs and the remains of a nearly fatal wound on the back of his neck. Jacques regularly checks his gray short yet loose hair and nearly full beard through his large cyan eyes. Some wrinkles can be found on Jacques forehead and near his eyes. Jacques usually wears a lab coat with a black tie attached to a blue shirt. He will often be seen wearing black pants.

Background: Jacques was born in 1909 in Lyon to a soldier and a nurse who would eventually perish in the Great War. His childhood had many problems, although his many brothers and sisters were infuriating, their early deaths could only inflict so much pain on Jacques life. His amputee uncle worked at a radio station, he would later become a second father for Jacques, and his most reliable source of income and shelter. Afraid of polio and many other diseases, Jacques turned his life over to science. Inspired by the works of Marie Curie, Jacques foolishly believed radioactive isotopes and elements were the key to ending world misery. He was disappointed, for a short time as he started to rigorously study radioactivity.

As the depression hit in 1929, Jacques uncle eventually died from old age. Jacques could barely afford a job or a home, each hope dreamt by Jacques was eventually crushed with each year by the reality of the 1920s and 1930s. Everything built by the treaty of Versailles, the League of Nations , and restored after the Great War. All lost. Radicalism grew, the economy shattered, his family passed away, his main inspiration perishing in 1934, and war at the verge of breaking out. Jacques was an avid supporter of the Maginot Line and other strategic failures which would unfortunately lead to the fall of France to German fascism in 1940.

Following Charles DeGaulle's rise to power as the leader of the Free France resistance movement. Jacques fled to Great Britain, volunteering to join the Free France forces and follow extensive military training to destroy the fascist threat once and for all. Jacques remembered the first time he murdered a man, it was an Italian civilian in the midst of Africa. It was not acted out in cold blood, it was to save the life of a dear friend. This ambiguous moment still persists within Jacques' memories After losing friends and companions one after the other in brutal and traumatizing missions, Jacques started feeling numb. Yet, his passion to destroy what ruined his country, lives, and Europe was still within him. At the end of 1944, France was recaptured, and so was his hopes and heart.

During the reconstruction period, Jacques life was simple for the most part. Jacques worked on and studied other yet similar fields of science. Jacques was asked to fight in the Algerian and Vietnam war, as he remembered the horrors of WW1 and WW2, and as he saw the absence of a good to rally and hide behind, Jacques promptly refused. The government did not seize asking his help as in the near 1960s, Jacques could finally try knowledge and abilities he has gained before the war to protect once again his nation. Jacques built an array of nuclear bombs, secretly hoping that the French government would only use them in desperate measures, Hiroshima and Nagasaki were not distant memories.

In the mid 1960s, Jacques slowly left more and more governmental offers and opportunities and became interested in more niche scientific associations. He soon discovered a branch of a powerful and technology oriented organization named Prometheus Labs. Through a rushed CV, Jacques was accepted and discovered a world beyond his understanding and views. Jacques worked on machines experimenting with the concept of time and time travel. Jacques did his best to control the objects and devices he built with his research team, much to his dismay, no man could master such kind of power, resulting in the disaster of 1967. His coworkers were dispersed through time and space and Jacques, the only known survivor, was sent to 2011 Australia.

Jacques had to adapt to this new world, time, and customs. With Prometheus Labs dissolved, Jacques turned over to a new promising organization, the Foundation. Jacques an avid Foundation employee, his experience in governmental fields and at Prometheus Labs gave him an advantage. Specializing in research and containment of physics bending and time warping anomalies He was eventually promoted to Senior Researcher in 2007. Since then, Jacques does not possess further ambitions other than protecting the Foundation and science.

Profile: Jacques is still adapting to the ridiculous ideas and customs of the 21st century. He will often appear alien in terms of taste and personality. Jacques will always protect and care for his friends and coworkers, as he feels a sense of unity and place within the Foundation. After witnessing one and fighting in another world war, Jacques became bitter and impatient. Yet despite this, Jacques still seeks diplomacy after witnessing multitude of horrors and learning through the speeches of Martin Luther King Jr and Mohandas Gandhi. But when push comes to shove, pacifism can no longer be afforded.

After a series of missions as a Free France soldier, work inside the French nuclear program and within Prometheus Labs, Jacques became very focused, distracting him is a hard challenge. Jacques is neither an optimist nor a pessimist, as he cannot deny both the brutality of his time and the comfort of this weird 21st century. After years of fighting to protect the pillars of democracy, Jacques will always want to change the world how it ought to be, sometimes being blind to certain aspects of reality, sometimes through humor.
