Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a locked bulletproof box and watched at all times through a security camera, armed guards are also to be assigned outside of the containment chamber and they are to be on a 5-hour rotation.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a single piece of A5 paper, when viewing the paper directly it appears to have letters in the language the viewer's first language but when viewed through a camera or a picture of the item is viewed it appears to be blank.
When the paper is analyzed it appears to be a normal piece of paper.
When a subject reads the text on the paper it gains the ability to recover from any damage done to its body the subject doesn't seem to age either.
When a subject reads the paper their reaction is that they remember reading something but they don't remember what they read the only known exception is when a subject can't read then it isn't effected in any way.
24-72 hours after the subjects' read the paper their only desire is to do is destroy themselves.

Recovery: SCP-XXXX was recovered in [DATA EXPUNGED] in 1986 when reports of police officers repeatedly shooting themselves and were fine a few hours later came to the foundations attention.
The officers were all taken to site-██ and frozen to contain them; the locals were given class A amnesiacs all evidence of the incidence was removed from the media.
The records recovered from the police station suggested the A5 paper was found on a suicide scene.
The paper was replaced with a replica with a text commonly found on suicide notes.

Addendum-1: in light of recent events, two guards are to be assigned to the containment chamber with a 5-hour rotation circle.

Addendum-2: Do to a recent incident all personal who study SCP-XXXX are only to study it for 3 hours and then are not to interact with the item in any way for 48 hours.
