Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a Humanoid Containment Chamber lined with at least 2cms of aluminium. The entrance to the containment cell is staffed by two Security Team guards. The guards must carry their ID cards in protective sleeves [see Addendum 1], and their radios are to be operating on an encryption code changed bi-weekly. Any Foundation personnel entering the cell must hand over items such as ID cards, sensitive files or USB devices. SCP-XXXX can be provided with a pre-determined list of books and solo board games on a rotating bi-weekly basis.

Any instances of SCP-XXXX-1 must be taken to Senior Researcher Spring for examination before being destroyed. If a Foundation radio comes in contact with SCP-XXXX all encryption codes must be changed immediately, followed by a full staff status confirmation.

Bi-weekly the containment cell must be checked for damage to the aluminium coating, with any found to be reported immediately to the Site Supervisor for repairs.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid female in its 20s, although it doesn't appear to have aged in the past ██ years. It is approximately 160 centimeters tall and weighs 58 kilograms. It is Caucasian, with brown hair. SCP-XXXX's body structure has no alterations and it shows symptoms of depression, as well as anxiety prior to testing. It is assumed this is due to either; the limited human contact, or the idea that its thoughts are being broadcast against its will.

SCP-XXXX exhibits multiple anomalous properties. Constant radio waves and signals broadcast from SCP-XXXX's body. The radio signals broadcast across all recorded open1 channels for a range of 243 km. These channels suffer from heavy distortion, disturbance and feedback. Seperate channels also appear to broadcast a specific thought of SCP-XXXX. The source of the radio waves is unknown and the broadcast is only temporarily suppressed. If SCP-XXX touches a radio or communicative device using an encryption code it renders the encryption useless.
The encrypted channels then being flooded with similar interference. The radio signal emitted by SCP-XXXX is easily traceable and can even be done so through physical means, tracing the clarity of the subconscious thoughts until SCP-XXXX is found. The signal can be easily blocked through the use of aluminium. The variety of thoughts is diverse, showing no feasible pattern to their broadcast. The most recorded thought is that of loneliness or sadness. However her opinions of researchers or other staff have been recorded. Any broadcasts heard relating to private matters causes significant distress in SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX-1 is any form of device or object containing written or digital information that has been altered by SCP-XXXX, regardless of how many instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are present at any time. Recorded instances of SCP-XXXX-1 include; DVDs, USB devices, written/printed documents, security cameras, phones, radios, and navigation devices. Interviews with SCP-XXXX indicate it does not choose whether or not to tamper with devices and is unwillingly lured toward any devices within reach. However SCP-XXXX indicates it has some form of control over what is altered on SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX is capable of; transferring documents on digital devices directly onto paper and back again, adding malicious files or programs, corrupting digital documents, altering/tampering with digital information. SCP-XXXX is also capable of perfectly retaining any information printed or stored on SCP-XXXX-1 for a lengthy period of time; recorded at ██ days maximum before quality issues occur.

Additional Notes: SCP-XXXX was recovered from █████, ███████ after Agent D███ of Task Force Gamma-5 collided into SCP-XXXX with radio in hand while inspecting massive radio interference issues as an agent inside ██████ Radio. Gamma-5 went into complete communications blackout. Agent D███ tracked the signal to SCP-XXXX and it was contained.

Addendum 1: Security Team member ████ was in the process of escorting SCP-XXXX to containment approximately ██ minutes after Gamma-5 brought SCP-XXXX to Site-██ for initial containment. SCP-XXXX had touched ████'s ID card. During the first experiment involving SCP-XXXX █ days later, where the intention was to examine and record what was being broadcast. SCP-XXXX transferred the contents of ████'s ID card, including the scanner bar, onto SCP-XXXX-1. The experiment was ended and SCP-XXXX-1 was destroyed after it was presented as a security risk. Any personnel interacting with SCP-XXXX must wear their ID cards in protective sleeves. Further testing has proven that SCP-XXXX is capable of retaining information.

Recommendation to use SCP-XXXX as a means of communication disruption or damage control for Gamma-5: GRANTED BY O5 AS OF ██/██/████
