Special Containment Procedures: In the event that SCP-#### is located by Foundation personnel, it is to be contained in a standard 4 m by 4m humanoid containment unit. This chamber is to be sealed with deadbolts capable of resisting force typical of a normal humanoid. Video surveillance is to be conducted of SCP-#### at all times. Audio is to be muted, but archived for research purposes. Under no circumstances are any personnel not in possession of level 3 clearance to make contact with the subject without first undergoing an extensive psychological examination to determine loyalty to the Foundation. #### is to be provided with any entertainment materials on request (per approval of the local project supervisor), but is not at any time allowed contact with the outside via the Internet, telephone, letters, or any such means of communication. #### is also to be provided with a means of writing, such as paper. All documents recorded by SCP-#### are to be immediately incinerated without reading or archiving. As of Incident ####-██████-███, at no time is the subject to interact with D-Class Personnel.

Description: SCP-#### is a19-year-old human male of Caucasian descent, 1.9 meters in height, with thick brown hair and orange tinted eyes. The cause of this atypical pigmentation is unknown at this time, but Dr. █████ theorizes that it may be due to [REDACTED]. In interviews, #### has frequently stated that its given name is ██████ █████, and prefers to be addressed as ██████. Subject is amicable and cheerful in nature, and gets along well with interviewers and other personnel.

#### is not, at this time, under containment by the Foundation since it initiated a containment breach on ██/██/██. Thus far, all attempts to locate the subject have been futile, and an international search is now underway.

SCP-claims to be conscious of the lives and history of anyone who ever has or ever will live. The subject has a sporadic access to that information, and has shown a 60% accuracy in recall of personal information of Foundation personnel. Due to this ability, and ####'s seemingly intimate knowledge of Foundation activities both now and in the past and future, it has been classified Keter due to a possible epsilon-level information breach. This individual has also proven adept, through his use of personal knowledge, at manipulation of staff and D-class.
